My battery life was at 54% capacity with NO other issues to the phone. It has worked fine for the 2.5 years Ive owned it, and just to clarify I did buy it brand new from Apple. Once they completed the battery replacement I left. Once I tried to use my phone, I immediately noticed my home button was not working properly. I brought my phone back to them kindly asking for assistance- I wanted to be as friendly as possible to insure they would help me. Instead- the owner began to tell me my phone was broken when he received it, stating the battery has no correspondence to the home buttons malfunction. (A simple google search states otherwise :) )I simply explained that the home button worked just fine beforehand. I did see his reply in these comments to my brother STILL claiming the phone was broken beforehand. This is sadly not the case. The men at the shop that day were very rude and unprofessional and I will be contacting the better business burearu so they know about your antics and to keep an eye out for you.Things did get heated between my brother and you but as Ive stated- that had nothing to do with me and I continued to be respectful the entire time even shaking your hand when I left. Its sad to see youre still on here stating lies that the home button was broken. I also recall you stating I have no credibility with you guys- as if a customer should need that when Im giving you my hard earned money. Good luck with your business.

Jake was honest about fixing my phone screen. Unfortunately he was not into repairing a new Moto phone screen so I could not use his great service that I read about.

This place is AMAZING!!!! if i could rate this a 10 star business i would! i can’t tell you how much i recommend this place. I took my phone to ibreakufix and they over charged me, took two days to ‘fix’ it and i never ended up working in the end. i took my phone to Jake and he fixed it within 5 minutes, let us watch him do it and charged me WAY less than the other place. I drove over an hour and a half to get here and it was totally worth it in every way! I can’t exaggerate how much this place saved me, my money and time and how nice the guy is overall. i will continue to only go to this place in the future. Thank you Again!

I dropped my phone twice today. Turns out it was one to many. He had the right parts to fix my Samsung 8+ in stock. He was able to get me in same day to replace the screen. Personable and efficient. I would reccomend him for any phone repairs.

I cracked my phone on Friday and went to Jake on Saturday! He fixed my phone within 10 minutes. After that, I had a little problem with my phone so the next day he told me to come back and he fixed the problem right away and was extremely caring about it. He is a real one and Im so happy that I decided to go to him. I will definitely stick with him with all my screen repairs in the future from now on. My phone was completely destroyed it was run over by a tractor!! The phone could be replaced not a problem but I had very special photos and text messages from people who had passed away :( it broke my heart thinking that they were gone. Last weekend I brought my sons phone in to the apple store because the head jack got stuck, and then broken off, in the port. They said they couldnt do anything about it, that id really need to get a new phone, or I could try the kiosk down the hall in the Galleria Mall. Well, I chose to see to go to Royal Cell Phone Repair kisok, and Im so grateful! The man working there was kind and professional, and happily assured me he could fix the phone for 20 dollars. He seriously saved me about $300 at least! It works beautifully! Thank you, Jake!

My screen was replaced in less than 15 minutes and everything was back and good to go within an hour of breaking my phone. A week after the replacement, I have no problems with glitches or display problems, and even if I did I’m protected by a warranty. Fantastic customer service, skilled service, and overall cool guy- plus honest about prices upfront ($50 less than what Apple would have charged) for a high quality product that I couldn’t be happier with.

So I just brought my son to the Verizon store and the Apple Store located inside of the Galleria Mall and neither places were able to fix my sons iPhone 10. Were on our way to walk out of the mall and we stopped at this cell phone repair called royal cell phone repair inside the middle of the mall at the Galleria. The owner was not only able to fix it he was the nicest man ever and he was very reasonably priced. Lesson learned. We will never go anywhere else. Thank you so much for everything!!!!

I know why he only gets 5 star reviews. He told me were to buy my phone and saved me money instead of charging the 120 (which was the lowest quote I had gotten). This man WILL get my business anytime i have an issue. He was on Facebook as well mad about when people get ripped off and overcharged. He deserves his perfect 5 star record

The Brilliance of Royal Cel Phone repair is comforting. Knowing Jake and his assistant for many years Mona, are available for all my Cell Phone needs provides the necessary knowledge for all the years he’s been available. Probably due to Jakes technical smarts makes for all repairs needed.

I called for a quote on a broken galaxy s8 and Jake told me it could be fixed but it would be expensive no matter where I went but he went so far as to tell me of another place that could fix my particular issue for less. Ive never had such good or honest service from a tech repair place. Jake was 10/10.

My phone screen was so bad it black spots and discoloration and glitched the price was cheap for about $72 I got my iPhone 8 screen fixed, tempered glass and an otter box type of case! The customer services was really good super chill and my phone was fixed in about 10 mins and it works perfects! I definitely would recommend this place to anyone!
