Tiny place, like a house. If you want a family feel its the place to go. They are very professional. Very well priced. Good selection if youre paying out of pocket or have a particular insurance. Unfortunately, my insurance doesnt cover most of the nice ones but I wont complain. I ordered reading glasses and far sighted glasses. I am waiting several weeks because I ordered reading glasses also. I never knew my insurance covered both until they told me! So glad. That really helps me out.

My husband and I have had nothing but issues with our glasses. We paid extra for a special coating for night driving, etc and our vision has never been worse for night time. We took the glasses to another eye center and they said it’s seemed like it was faulty and created a film on the glasses. We haven’t had our glasses for a year and both of ours have broken on us. I am not even sure they gave me the right prescription as my glasses have always given me headaches. I have never ever had an issue before with any optometrist except here.

Dr. Legarreta is always willing to talk. Is thorough in his exams. Staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. I never have to wait long and their COVID response has been always following state recommended rules to protect us!

They are supposed to be open but they arent. I wasted a whole trip. And Im very angry.

I enjoyed my experience with Legarreta Eye Center! Wonderful Staff, great Dr (Thomas) always felt at ease! My Cataract Surgery was a breeze! Recommended for anyone who wants to treated right!

Everyone was super nice from the time you check in until you leave ! I got very good care and was explained everything I needed to do after surgery. They we also so kind to check up on you after !

I was in the Lockport office in January and found the optician rude and unprofessional. I went back for a follow up in February and what a difference. Maria couldnt have been more helpful and the new optician was professional and very helpful. Please keep the new optician because that is the best team Ive seen there in my 20 years of going to Legeretta.

Staff was nice but opthamologist was flippant and uninformed. Waited 1 hour and 20 minutes. Will NOT be back!

My appointment was at 10:30. It’s almost 11. There are 4 people in the waiting room during a pandemic. This is unacceptable.

Other than the process taking 2 hours and 20 min. The people were professional and pleasant.

The staff is courteous toward me,and conduct themselves in a professional matter. Doctor Legarreta shows concern about my vision and lets me know if there are any changes, and of problems that need to be addressed

So I was very impressed that I was able to get a same day appt, however the rest of my experience was sub-par. I came in after a minor work injury, and the woman at the desk was very short and complaining that she would never get a lunch break. I work in customer service.....this is not something anyone wants to here. The girl who did my initial exam was very nice and actually listened to what I had to say, despite how busy she was. The Dr. was terrible. He did not even introduce himself (I could not tell what his name is), then proceeded with my exam without once explaining what he was doing or looking for. I have not been to the eye dr in over 10 years....I was already a little nervous and this man did not help in the least. He put swabs in both of my eyes without telling me what he was doing, and I had to just guess he was numbing them. Then he never asked me what had happened or any questions regarding how I felt. The majority of my time in the exam room, the Dr spent on google looking up ICD-10 codes. Maybe you should be more concerned with your patients and not with how you can max out their insurance. Shameful.
