I believe the optometrist that took care if me was named Katie? She was a petite lady with blonde hair. She helped me with purchasing an eyeglass repair kit on a Thursday. Two days later I had to bring the glasses back in because I was having difficulty doing the repair myself (which was just threading a new screw into the frame near the arm). Mind you, they were not originally purchased at Wal-Mart. Nonetheless, she used her own supplies to remove the screw I tried to put in, replaced it with one of their own, which was indeed stronger than what I may have been able to accomplish. And she noticed I was without a hard case, so she gave me one for my daughters glasses. And she did this out of the kindness of her own heart at no cost to me. I was so happy I nearly cried because of just how much my daughter needed them to wear. Absolutely IMPECCABLE customer service. I HIGHLY recommend this location and her. A must see!
