Brian was extremely helpful... great place to store your precious goods!

I’ve been shopping for car storage solutions and stopped by both Leo drive and Cayuga dr locations to see what they had to offer by way of a climate controlled space for my vehicle. While both Brian and Amanda were super courteous and helpful, their locations did not have what I needed for winter storage of my car.

Brian was super helpful. He is extremely polite, respectful, understanding, and most of all knows how to communicate. Highly recommended

It has not been kept up over the years and new owners. Still waiting for them to fix the electricity and the entrance gates. Dumpster is usually overfilled. Good location. Roads within the storage areas are filled with dips and holes. Good selection of various storage options. Prices are expensive, but it is the going rate for storage places. It is a secure place. Snowplowing is always done in a timely manner. Years ago, time was spent on landscaping including flowers. Now it is only grass. Minimal garbage is strewed about the storage areas. Like everything there are customers who respect the area while there are some who couldnt care less. I will continue to have my storage there and despite some of my comments, I would still recommend this place.

I love the 24 hr access! Great location. But the indoor units do need need some cleaning. The floors are clean but there are lots of cobwebs and the light switches are filthy!

Brian helped me out today and was great! Been storing here for awhile. Managment is always 5 stars.

We ended up not renting due to an unfortunate circumstances, but the manager working was super friendly at giving us directions and talking with us on how the online rental process works so when we are ready we will know exactly what to do. Definitely will be doing service with this location in the future.

Quick and access but trying to get in contact with someone who works there is impossible I called back to back for a whole hour and this isn’t the first tine. Lady who eventually called back sounded like she didn’t want to even speak to me I had to call another location just to get a hold of someone to answer my question

Best storage facility! Ive stored antiques for my elderly mother, temporarily boxed up seasonal decor, good mattresses, and furniture I planned to reupholster. Over 3 years, the unit has stayed clean, dry and has no storage smell. Almost better than my own basement!! The staff, both Barbara and Mike, are friendly and helpful. The availability of the stores truck for a small charge is very useful! I would never go anywhere else!

I did not have a pleasant experience at this location. The guy Daniel who checked me in told me my upfront payment at reservation was different than the amount I was quoted online. He was attempting to add August payment onto my bill without my knowledge instead of only charging me for July. After I brought this to his attention it was corrected. I was not shown my unit or walked around the property. I was very displeased when I came back the next day to move things into my unit only to find a LOCK on the door (I later discovered the lock belonged to Daniel, the same guy who checked me in and assigned me that specific unit)... When I called in Monday (because this happened over the weekend) to explain my concern with the unit being locked, store manager (Michael Barrett) was very RUDE. He would cut me off or speak over me. His tone of voice was very inappropriate. He couldnt seem to understand why I had an issue because to him it was an easy fix (have the lock taken off). For me it was an inconvenience paying for a unit that I couldnt enter for 3 days, wasting money on a uhaul plus the labor of moving this items. Michael was very argumentative and said things like Are you going to be quite so I and speak or are you going to keep talking while explaining my concern. The simplest resolution was to be refunded (which I was first denied). This location is not good on customer service and even other LIFE STORAGE EMPLOYEES from another location agrees as a result of their own personal experience and customer complaints.

Amanda was absolutely amazing. A very warm spirit, and very knowledgeable. This place has been so close to my jobs for years, and I never thought to use this storage place. Recommending this place to all of my family. Thank you Amanda 🖤

I had a supper experience at this Life Storage location. Barbara was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions. I wanted to rent there truck, however, it was not available due to a break down. She arranged to get a truck at another near location. Every employer is very fortunate to have an employee like Barb .

I have never used a storage unit before but I will say for my first time Life Storage was the best experience. Every part of the move and payment was smooth and Barbara was the reason for it. She was so nice, patient and professional and she even offered to see if they had a unit available with wooden floors since my car was going to be put away for a few weeks. Shes great at her job and this is a great company. I enjoyed my experience and I was always use Life Storage.

I was with my friends when they were moving there furniture into storage and I was impressed with the workers there. They were really friendly to us and liked there job. I didn’t know you could buy moving boxes and other moving stuff there. Super nice place & people! Would give 10 stars if I could!

Excellent service! I was referred to this location by another Life Storage location that was out of the size unit that I needed. Barbara took care of me straight away. She was polite, professional, and expedient with showing me the unit and getting the paperwork done. The unit was clean and well suited to my needs. Barbara went above and beyond what was expected. Although I am not using this location for a storage unit, they graciously allowed me the use of their truck when the other locations truck was out of service. Clark Graves went out of his way to ensure that my experience would be great. He even followed me out to the truck to make sure I knew where everything was. Since this location was 18 miles (one way) from my house, I was also given extra free miles.Unfortunately, I lost the key to the truck when it fell out my pants pocket. Clark had a spare key ready for me and even though I arrived at closing time, he was very pleasant. I would recommend this location because of the excellent service and cheerful attitude of Clark Graves.
