I spoke to Bryan on the phone last Thursday about my LG fridge getting an error code preventing me from using the ice machine/water filter.He was harried and said he could probably get out next week but hed call later that afternoon to schedule with me. True to his word, he called a few hours later and actually said he could come sooner, the coming Monday and gave me a service window. I asked for a call beforehand and he said OK.So on Monday, yesterday, he called and said he was running behind to give me a heads up. Of course, my machine has been working perfectly with no issues since a few hours after I called him but had twice for a few days had the error code.I called him back when he was about 30 minutes later to ask where he was coming bc I had a hard stop and had another appointment to leave for, because he was driving and had a bit more time he said hed been waylaid by traffic, bridge openings, etc. and was sorry he was behind but he would be coming. I explained that the fridge was working now but didnt want to cancel or waste his time. He was very accommodating and said that it was no big deal, he had a few other houses to go to, and we could play it by ear if its working no need for him to come out right now.I appreciate that a lot. For now, we will wait and see. But hes honest, and he does what he says he will do, hes willing to work with you and if he says hes coming hes going to try to for sure, even if its a bit later than expected. He might be a bit gruff on the phone, but I can handle that.I will absolutely give him a call next time my fridge acts up.
Excellent service! Had some issues with our refrigerator and this company was sent to us by the warranty service. Thankfully he was operating during the COVID issues. Had everything back up and running within an hour or so and was a pretty personable guy. Highly recommend!!!
Was on time. Knew what he was doing. Fair price. Had to come back for an additional problem that did not manifest itself the first visit - only charged for the additional part - no added service charge. May be brusque, but well worth it.
The service attendant who came to our home in Virginia Beach was the most rude, unpleasant person I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. His service was recommended to me through the provider that oversees my home warranty so I cannot comment on the price as it was a flat rate; but I can absolutely comment on his tact and mannerism, both of which were extremely poor. One star is too high of a rating.To begin, he was late to our first appointment by two hours. He diagnosed the problem with our microwave oven and said that it would take a week for the part to come in and for him to reschedule a time to install it--fine. A week came and he returned, inviting himself into my home, only to tell us that he would need to take down all of the custom furnishings to access the microwave and that it was not his job to put it back, even though the work he was describing was not necessary. The appointment was rescheduled for the following Wednesday.When he arrived, late, my husband was explaining to him that nothing needed to be taken apart and that there were two screws that needed to be undone to lower the microwave. My husband offered to help and the man grew increasingly agitated and said that he didnt have time for this (his job) and proceeded to collect his things, and left by slamming the door, knocking off the nameplate as he left. My husband, perplexed and angry, followed him out. They exchanged words which ended in the man flipping my husband off, and driving away.Do not use this service.
Highly recommended. Home run was assigned through my home warranty company to fix my dryer. It was very easy to schedule an appointment, he showed up early, and the work was completed quickly. Service repairman went above and beyond.
We didnt have the misfortune of working with this company but we did get off cut off by one of their drivers! If your going to drive a placard lets drive professionally! Dont jeopardize my family!
Absolute horrible service! Brian, the service repair man, was rude and unprofessional. Like the review above, I didnt choose this company, my home warranty plan did. He was late the first time he came to my home, he was far from personable, and even the guest I had at my house was uncomfortable with how he spoke and acted towards me. As I was writing my check out to pay him, he was walking out the door and had to turn around b/c I didnt know who to write the check to... He was more worried about leaving then answering my questions or getting paid! He said getting the part to fix my appliance would only take a couple of days but he wouldnt be able to come back out to fix it until a week later. Fast forward a week later to the day he was supposed to come and fix our appliance and Brian never came out! After speaking with him on the phone, which now he was late AGAIN, he gave me nothing but attitude. I then received an email from my home warranty company that he decided to give my claim to another company! I wouldnt recommend him or his company to anyone! Im disgusted with the service, or should I say lack there of!? Do yourself a favor a call someone else!
I will not use this service EVER AGAIN!. The quote was $65 to troubleshoot which would then be applied to the work if he did it. The work took 25-30 minutes and the total was $100 for labor and $20 for parts. So, I guess he gets paid $200 an hour. I wish I made that kind of money!

I contacted this service to find a part for a dishwasher. The gentleman informed me he had the part in stock and gave the price. It was higher than all the other places I checked. When I gave the remark it was higher than other places, I was told I guess you can go buy it from there. A business can charge whatever they like but this was rude.
I wish there was a way to give a 1/2 of a star cause this is ridiculous! I have a fridge that is not cooling and was dispatched through the warranty company. Claim was filed last month through warranty company. Brian, the technician comes out and didnt do any troubleshooting and tells me oh its because you have too much stuff in the freezer! Ummm, no, not acceptable. I had barely went to the store and gotten any groceries, how can you diagnose my unit without even taking any tools to repair it. He tells me that the unit must be defrosted and it will work again...so I believed the mumbo jumbo he says and still not working. Ive had food to go to waste and everything because of this. So, thankfully I have a mini fridge that I can put a few things in to keep cold but what about the inconvenience. Im a mom of three boys...I have to cook to feed myself and my kids! Placed another call back to the company because the unit is making a loud grinding noise and still is not cooling. Mr. Rude Man calls just a few mins ago, and the conversation goes like this:Rm: hello this is Brian from Home RunMe: hey, Im home! (Me thinking he was coming to repair)Rm: well, thats nice, but Im just calling to see what was wrong.Me: its still not cooling. Making a loud grinding noise now.Rm: well I cant do anything about it until NEXT WEEK?!!!Me: Im livid by now...what do you mean?! What about my food that will spoil in the fridge due to it not working. I cannot afford to go get fast food every day to compensate for you not looking at the unit the first timeRm: well I dont have anything to do with that I can set an appointment for next week.Warranty company will be called TODAY! This is sad because customers have to suffer due to his negligence, unprofessionalism, and lack of empathy!
