Fantastic experience! The washer model I researched before contacting them ended up being the same model the salesman recommended. Called on a Wednesday and with only a 15 minutes conversation, they delivered on that Saturday. Troy the salesman was outstanding and the install team was very courteous and mindful. I couldnt of asked for anything better. This was my first experience using Southland but they will be my go to from now on!!!!

Do yourself a favor and buy all your appliances from Southland. Honestly, youre going to pay a few dollars more up front...and Im talking just a few. The washing machine we bought there was about $15 more than we could have paid at a box store. However, for that $15 we received an excellent installation from an experienced installer...no shortcuts, just a professional job all the way around. I know from a sad experience, youre not getting that level of service from the other guys. The dryer we bought there 10 years ago had a problem, and they promptly sent out an experienced and honest technician to diagnose and repair it for us. There are very few businesses left anymore that do things the right way every time, so they can earn your repeat business. We live in a military town after all, and most places just try to reel in the new fish and couldnt care less about repeat business; but thats not the business model at Southland. I will never make the mistake of buying anywhere else again, and I recommend you dont either.

Parts department professional nice reasonably priced...

I was referred here by another company who couldn’t work on GE refrigerators. The person I talked to understood my issue and made arrangements to come out the next day (I called around 5pm). The cause of the issue was identified quickly and replaced. It was an easy experience and I will definitely call again in the future for any appliance issues!

Requested service for my refrigerator water leak and received a very quick response. Repairman arrived very early as promised and found problem quickly. Jones made the necessary repairs and added a device to prevent future problems. Thanks so very much.

Ive used Southland Appliance since the company i purchased my refrigerator from had the worst service department I have ever experienced ! (I wont even go there!!). Southland is prompt and reasonable and their technicians are very knowledgeable. The technicians arrive when they say they will and call if there is a problem. I use them for all my appliances.

Unfortunately I was trying to support local business by not shopping online for a part. Went to Southland and had a very awkward experience. In addition to this I was charged DOUBLE for an item I could have gotten online. I can understand a modest in-store mark-up but wow! My mistake, sorry Southland... never again.

Patrick came out in the time frame he told us he would. He was nice guy who fixed our problem within 20 minutes. The pricing was fair. Hopefully, my dishwasher wont break again in the future, but if it does, I will be calling Southland appliance back.

We bought our appliances (refrigerator & oven) from Southland. We shopped around however, based on a recommendation from a family member we purchased from them. Excellent prices and service (installation). Thanks for our new GE appliances!

This place doesnt want to sell parts. They also have a no return policy. Place seemed shady to me
