These guys were so kind and understanding. My trucks tire blew on the highway on the over rise bridge. The towing company took forever and i had called ahead (a nice mane named hunter, so kind and understanding) said if i can get there before 6 he’ll do what he can. And i did! Unfortunately i got there at 5:55pm. I felt so bad. But they still took my truck in, came out the shop with the tow guy and looked at my truck, and took care of it, they even replaced my other front tire since it was bad. And also, my trucks steering was bad and shaking like crazy, they fixed that too!! I didn’t even know?!? And wasn’t charged for that!!! Please, please if you ever need help with your car, these guys are it!!! A nice young “mixed?” Guy helped me. I wish i got his name that man deserves a raise!! He was so helpful and understanding of my situation and helped me the best he could financially! He was such a big help, i felt so bad they didn’t get done till 7 with my truck and they closed at 6. They deserve so much credit!! They care about the people and not the money. Use this company for all your cars needs!! I sure as hell will!!!!! You guys are so great. Please keep doing what your doing, i will be a regular with my truck from now on! Thank you guys so much for making today end on such a good note! You guys are the best! He was very personable and attentive to my needs as a customer. Once I got to the location I hadanother amazing interaction with a tire installer. Even the best make mistakes.I took my new-to-me used car here after realizing the front passenger side was no longer holding air.Salesman recommended replacement tires due to riding too long with low pressure. Tires were replaced and I got home only to find new tire flat within hours in my driveway.I was not a happy camper when bringing my vehicle back the next morning. I asked for a supervisor upon entering and was greeted by Kyle.Kyle was extremely fast and diligent in identifying and fixing a TPMS/Valve stem leak. He fixed the issue with his own hands and maintained the most professional attitude despite my mild irritation.Though it required a second visit, this business gets 5 stars due to Kyle’s management.This is precisely the type of employee you would want to represent your business.

A great tire spot but nothing special. The wait time is long even on scheduled appointments and any slight bump and the tire is ruptured and needs replaced. My only wish was that the warranty of the tire covered cost to replace. Please discount look out for the customers! Make love to the tires so that we feel like we are getting our moneys worth! All Im saying is that it doesnt feel like a discount.

The best experience Ive had with a tire store. I totally forgot about my appointment and called, they told me no problem they could fit me in. I got there an hour before closing and they had all bays full. They got my car in quickly and managed to remove my wheel locks without the key. The manager even gave me lug nuts to replace the locks. I watched them deal with other customers and continue to help them out even after closing time. I was very impressed and they have earned a customer for life.

Pulled in because my tire pressure warning light came on. They filled my tires for free and said the one tire that was low looked like it had a nail in it. My tires were OEM Continentals on my Ford Focus which had issues with cupping after my first year. Rotating the tires didnt help and they were extremely loud. Even though they only had 30,000 miles on them, all tires were at 4 or less tread remaining. Due to their very busy schedule, I made an appointment for the next day and returned and had a set of Michelin Cross Climate tires installed. What a difference! The tire noise is now gone and bumps seem to be much less pronounced. Handling is great. Im very happy with the service and tires that I received.

I was squeezed in Friday evening for free flat repair despite not having an appointment or purchased tires there. After thoroughly checking out my tire and determining that my valve core was corroded. They replaced the stem at no cost and advised me that I would continue to have a slow leak that might worsen due to the corrosion of the valve core/body (my rims are 22 years old). So bad news but excellent service. I will return when I am ready to purchase tires (they price match and give military discounts too).

We were greeted and asked about what service was needed as soon as we entered. I made an appointment to get two tires for my SUV. I answered two questions, handed over the keys, mileage was checked and that was it. Service was completed in about 30 min. Very professional. Very friendly. Waiting area was very clean. This was my second service there and I will return.

I first discovered discount tire 4ish years ago in Texas, where we purchased tires and the coverage plan -- best decision EVER. Through nails and screws, both in Texas and now Virginia, weve probably had 5 or 6 repairs, including a couple of replacement tires AT NO COST.Every store has had stellar customer service. They hustle let me tell you, and always make me feel welcome.I cant thank them enough for making something in my life easy.

Had an issue (screw near edge) with one of my tires and couldnt be repaired. The tires were only a week old, we were on vacation from Florida and it was 4th of July weekend. They found us one tire, had the tire delivered and installed. We got on our way without losing a day. Great crew working there. Thanks again.

Aired up my tires fast and helped me check my tread as well.But they were cute charging $160 for 245/70/16 R tires when their competitor and other shops charge $80. Do yourself a favor for tires go to pepboys or Firestone.

Didnt think that getting new tires could be such a pleasant experience! I ordered some Patagonia Milestar H/T tires but they couldnt get to the store on time so instead they offered me some Uniroyal tiger paw touring A/S tires which were actually more expensive than the Patagonias, but they didnt charge me a penny more. Joe was extremely helpful and really made me feel like I was a buddy that he was doing a favor for.

Everyone here was extremely nice and very helpful! The gentleman who helped me was phenomenal!!! My windshield wiper broke when they were pulling my car in the garage (nothing they did wrong they were just raggedy and needed to be replaced) but the gentleman who was helping me offered to pay for my windshield wiper because he knew I was having a very rough morning!! It was crazy to me that he even cared!! They have earned a customer in my for life! I’m so sad I didn’t get his name but I think he said George.. not 100% tho. Go here! You won’t regret it!

I used to go to Sams Club for tires, never again Discount Tire was faster and much less expensive! I was in and out in an hour. Great Customer service!!

I found some rims online that I really liked and I wanted to come into the store to see if they had them. Not only did they not have them, but they were discontinued and not available, yet still showed online that I could buy them. They guy there helped me look for some other rims and didnt even look on their own website. He showed me another site that they buy from and then said yeah our prices will be better than the ones you see on that site.

The service and staff were great! I called before arriving because I was hauling a 32ft travel trailer. They quickly met me outside and directed me where to go and even spotted me as I was backing up. I was there for maybe a little over an hour to replace two tires. I definitely recommend this shop and will be returning.

Great place and staff. They patched my tire in less than 5 minutes while I ran across the street to get my kids from school. I pulled up at 5:45 went through the basic registration and someone ran out to get my tire out the trunk. They run a very professional operation. Ill refer anyone in the area to them.

Came in for a tire fix and the staff was outstanding! Greeted me almost immediately, very professional and nice. Ended up not needing the tire fixed, one of the guys got a small screw out that didnt puncture and we were done. Didnt charge us for anything!! I will be back.

This place is awesome. I had a nail in my tire and they patched and rebalanced at no charge to me.

I had a screw in my front tire. Stopped in on my way to work and they removed the screw, repaired the tire and even replaced a corroded valve stem, all at no charge! I was back on the road in less then 30 minutes. Great customer service and great rates is why we have been using Discount Tire for years now!

It doesn’t matter what location you go to. You will be taken care of you when it comes to price, quality and service.

I went in ready to purchase a tire for my 79 scout. Another shop said it couldnt be repaired and they didnt have the tire available. Discount had the tire but before I bought it they suggested they take a look at the original to see if they could patch it up. They were able to and dont charge for patching tire. Great service and you cant beat the honesty/price.

Extremely helpful and informative. My tires took longer than normal due to the type of wheels I have and thats not their fault. They ended up scratching my wheel real bad and are replacing it at no cost to me. Really good service! Will come back for my tire issues in the future.

I wanted to get a much bigger than factory sized tires on my Tacoma. I called 4WP in va beach and explained to them how I wanted to order the set and just test one on the front to see if the size would clear. They stated that I could do that, but I’d have to purchase that tire and would not be able to return it. I thought that was dumb because I wouldn’t even drive on them, just leave it right in the garage and if doesn’t fit then take it back off, I’d be able to return the other 3 but I’d be stuck with 1.I called discount tire and explained the same thing to them, they said no problem, bring it in and we’ll see how it looks. I placed an order for the tires and they arrived in 2 days at their shop. I brought my truck there and we tested one, it fit no problem. So they quickly installed the other 3 and had them balanced with no issues. Everyone was cool that worked there. Because they were willing to help when 4WP wasn’t, I’ll be returning for sure. The tires I purchased were Toyo open country 255/85/16 I couldn’t be more satisfied with the way things worked on. Thanks discount, I’ll be seeing you again.

I Picked up a nail in my tire I wasnt sure I could make it home on. I spotted Discount Tire and got 2 new tires out the door in about an hour. Competitive prices and military discount.

Very few shops in the area were willing to mount tires purchased online or ones over 35 inches let alone able to get us in so quickly. Mike got everything set up for a new set of 37s to be mounted on my Jeep and my 35s swapped over to my wifes Jeep. We dropped both vehicles off and I honestly couldnt believe when then called a couple hours later and said everything was ready. Very happy with the service and will definitely go back.

When you have something as non profitable as needing a tire inspected from a possible nail on a busy Saturday you don’t expect to get right in especially when other customers are ahead of you. Let me add that I only had an hour and couldn’t leave my car as other Tire shops had suggested. Joe who answered the phone was encouraging and when I arrived Jorge and James listened to my time constraint and created a sense of urgency to get me the help I needed.Jorge and team removed the tire inspected and determined that it most likely was leaking from a plug installed over a month ago but, he also explained the pitfalls and circumstances of what to expect before hand. Their opinion was that the plug appeared to be fine and that the leak could have been when the tire flexed and air escaped through the plug.To top it all off, there was NO CHARGE for this inspection and expert advice.People appreciate the most great service when it’s unexpected.I’ll buy my next set of tires from Discount Tire because of this.Thanks for the great education, advice and service!

These guys are AMAZING! I showed up a little early for my appointment and was greeted immediately by Richard. I needed a flat repaired and was stressing all weekend as we are traveling out of town in a few days. I found an appointment that based on their estimated wait times would only have made me 15 mins late for work. He came out and took a look at the damaged tire, and was upfront about them possibly not being able to fix and that if they needed to replace it would need to be ordered. In under 30 mins, I was informed that everything was fixed and my car was ready to roll, and when I asked where I paid, I found out the flat repair was free! Wonderful, honest service. Will be back again!!

These guys are amazing!!! Brought one car here for two tires, I am now on my fourth car being here, three and a half sets of tires. They are fast, friendly, knowledge, and great at their jobs!!! Even if there is an issue or problem they will make it right!! Do not be discouraged because they are busy, there is a reason. Usually I have no issues here in fact I think its a great place to get new tires, but I had an appointment at 2pm and I arrived a half hour early to ensure I would be seen in timely manner. Originally the attendant checking people in said I was forth in the que. During that time I have seen 6 people go ahead of me, and a couple people that literally just pulled up went ahead as well. I have been waiting with my car in idle for over an hour and a half. I thought making an appointment would help guess not. I wouldnt mind normally, but Im going on a long road trip and I have so many things I needed to do today that may not get done now.

Vic, was awesome and was largely a reason why we chose this location(Chesapeake), his knowledge over the phone and quick price quotes were on point and Mike was very helpful on explaining what to do on future visits/services. I had a wonderful experience here! I called because I needed my tire pressure checked and Blake was very helpful and told me to come right on in. I arrived and had to wait a minute but I didn’t mind. Brad immediately greeted me and made me feel welcome. I told him what I was there for and we walked out to my car and he checked the tire pressure and asked questions about my driving and made sure the tires were safe you drive with, he was very kind and helpful. I told him my husband was deployed and he usually did these things but he told me I was more than welcome to come back at anytime to get my tires checked, repaired or just for some air. I will definitely be coming back!

These guys are the absolute best, I have been to many tire places or auto repair places in general and 99% of the time I get irritated slightly one way or another because nowadays in all honesty most people that work in that industry don’t care a single bit to show that they care, with every place doing it negatively in different ways, well these guys are the opposite.I came in today to get a nail out of my tire and from beginning to calling them about my dumb wheel lock questions to being guided out of their garage I felt like that they put passion into the work they do and show that they care which will definitely will make me return once I actually need new tires.

While in the waiting room, I was very impressed by all of the gentleman who were working there. They were very friendly to all of their customers whether it be in person or over the phone. It was a very refreshing environment to be in (especially at a tire store). Kudos to management here, you have a great team!
