I came with coupons for a free body care and 20% off. Left a very satisfied customer. Great customer service but the entry seems a bit drastic. It was worth the wait to get in and out quickly though due to the limited number of patrons allowed in at once.

Well people, Im sure yall know one bath and body store is like all the others but, I have shopped many bath and body stores . This one is especially nice and well stocked . The inventory changes with the seasons . The staff here are super friendly and knowledgeable and well versed . The store is pretty well laid out and clean as a brand new pretty penny . The prices are the same here at this store as all the rest . I do however receive coupons in the United States post office . I usually get one item for free and get 20 0/0 off and then you can get a special offer for something like buy 2 of anything get 2 for half of . We usually buy a basket full of stuff, then we give things to family members for special occasions . Aside from the fact of being in a large mall ( Greenbrier Mall in Chesapeake va ) this is a must stop .

Semi-Annual SALE!!!! I didnt need to go, but my girls dragged me out. You cant go in this store and NOT buy something.

The employees are super friendly and helpful. I love the variety of products, and usually when Im looking for something specific, its in stock. Some things are a bit pricey, so I try to wait for there to be sales on the specific items I want, though thats not always possible/that item doesnt go on sale often.

I was looking for a mothers day gift and found beautifulboxes with amazing sayings on the box about the ways of a mom..it was easy for me to pick out gifts this time and had a nicely arrangement of great ideas!

Had a great shopping experience today at this Bath and body Works. I came in to get a candle for my wife and daughter not really knowing what to get or where to begin. Within seconds of me looking around clueless a representative by the name of Cierra came over and immediately rendered assistance. She not only made 2 great recommendations, she took the time to carefully individually wrap my purchases. Even the manager was a delight, I spoke to Eva who immediately gave Cierra her kudos. Great Job Bath and Bodyworks Greenbrier, thank you for taking a nail biting experience for this Dad/Husband and turning it into great day and great gifts!!!

Enjoy shopping with family, great customer service around the store as we walk to pick up item but when we went to check out the lady at the check out line was not polite she didnt allow me to use my 2 coupons for my 2 free items also she kept saying that the discount come out at the end of the transaction but she never scan my reward card or ask for my phone number to see if I had any rewards then she got my name wrong just because we had the same last name dont mean it was me.

They do not accept rewards or offers from the app. You have to have paper coupons.

I enjoy all the locations of BBW I’ve visited, it’s crowded this time of year which is great for all of the gift recipients this season.

I was not impressed with the customer service today. I understand it is a busy time of year, especially with the semi-annual sale, however the associates at check out were rude and not helpful at all.

There was a mad sale on three wick candles today so the store was really crowded. Incredibly, the customer service was outstanding. I dont know how the sales reps did it. Good on them for taking extra measures for a sanitary shopping experience. Theres only a couple of things I ever come to this store for, sadly they didnt have the hand sanitizer scents that I wanted.

I wanted to write a review to rave about the levels of precaution and cleanliness of this location during this pandemic. They strictly follow the customer capacity limit, provide sanitizer upon entering the store, enforce the mask mandate, allow each individual customer to grab their own bag to checkout, wipe down the countertops after each transaction, have guests exit out of the other side of their neighboring store, and provide sanitizer again when you leave. Along with these stellar safety measures they also provide great customer service, and an overall positive experience. I was highly impressed by how they are handling things, and feel many other stores should take note. Definitely feel safe going here, and would go back!

Theres no introducing BBW but I will say that a specific employee today named Olivia was Wonderful. She had such a cheerfully helpful demeanor and a welcoming smile. I love this place, their hand soaps, especially the foaming soaps are amazing and last for 2 months. They have sales almost everyday and its worth the money. Candles have long lasting aroma, everytime you light the candle. The best thing about bath and body is, if a candle you have loses its smell, they will replace it for free. GREAT PLACE.

One of my favorite shopping sites. The variety of the item selection is vast. Every item needed can be found in this store, whether personal items such as body creams or sprays to wonderful scented candles for your home, youll find it.

This was at Greenbriar Mall. On a Saturday, so you know it was crowded; however I went in for a 3-wick candle. The Sparkling Icicles fragrance. Ill be returning on a less crowded day to pick up a few Christmas gifts.

One of my dream goals is to have enough money to come in here and just get anything I like which is basically everything. The candles are always absolutely to die for, I can NEVER go in here and not spend over a hundred dollars. The staff was absolutely amazing in giving some advice on wax warmers and another even gave me a coupon!

One of the ladies was rude when she was directing me which part of the store to enter. I understand the purpose, but the rudeness. It kinda ruined my shopping experience. Ill try Amazon.

The saleswoman wm came to me and saw the difficulty I was having carrying my bags, cane, and the basket...and said we are not supposed to do this but can I take them these items for you until you are ready to check out. This was an excellent example of GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I was able to finish my shopping and had a great experience

Bath & Body Works is one of my favorite stores, they have great customer service and have aromas for all seasons. 1 of the best things about them is, if you have coupons from their stores they will always honor the coupon 1 to 2 days after expiration date. Love the company. My favorite store is in the Greenbriar Mall in Chesapeake, Virginia.

Bargains galore and this is a great time -to stock up on your favorite body products. Keep up with their emails for current offers....during this semi annual I was able to purchase aromatherapy products during an only 2 day sale. So its important to read your emails on a regular bais for updates.

Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. I usually try to make it a point to visit this location if I need anything from bath & body. The only reason I give it a 4 start is because the lay out of the store. Its great to have a lot of product selection but when there is not a lot of room to walk even on a not so crowded day, it can be frustrating. Its mainly from the bins in the middle or tables to close to each other or the walls. One time I was literally stuck in a corner for minutes because no one would let me by or they had no where to walk themselves. On a positive note though, customer service is always my number one and they rock at Greenbrier!
