Was a horrible experience! Cashier was rude and cancelled my sale because my little brother was with me, after checking out a family that had kids!!! Then told me I can’t come back even by myself for 24 hours. Customer service is horrible. I do not recommend!!!

Ok, I know people dont go here for non-alcoholic beverages but they have a great selection of NA beers, wine, and liquor like products. I really appreciate being able to stock up on some good NA products while my wife is buying a case of wine for the summer. Especially like the craft beer products in both bottle and can...great taste without the buzz!

First of I love the new location, i went today and was greeted by a nice guy I didn’t get his name but he was a tall red head guy, he recommended me a really good pumpkin beer and a really good Chardonnay he was very friendly and I appreciate that very much . I come here very often it’s my favorite one by all.

Using Google maps I was sent to the old location and once I got there thats when I found out you had moved! The new store is definitely a vibe and will definitely be back!

The staff here is always pretty cool, and theyre well stocked. I enjoy coming in and chatting with the cashiers because theyre genuine and seem to actually enjoy working there. Grateful to see more hard kombucha and alternatives in the beer realm.

Very few people in the store, full stock, and masks available for patrons at the door. Grabbed a specialty craft beer for an occasion. Front end was nice and had a quick purchase.

Strong wine selection, but I personally loved the beer variety. Plenty of import, craft, seasonal beers, seltzer’s and ciders. Decently priced. Managed to get two bottles of wine, a pack of seltzer, and some beer for $30. They can’t sell certain alcohol here by law, but if you’re looking for a big variety of wine/beer/seltzer that’s reasonably priced, you can’t beat it.

Theres a large selection of wines and a great place to buy imported or craft beers from around the country. Beers are a bit on the pricey side, so one is better off buying mass produced beers (bud, Coors, Miller) from a regular grocery store.

Great selection of beers as usual, but this is the smallest TW&M Ive been to and I wasnt able to find everything I was looking for.

I enjoy going to The Greenbrier store Lucy and all the staff there are very knowledgeable and friendly.

They have a really great selection of wine here - I was very impressed. I came here looking for a beer and wasnt sure about what I wanted. One of the employees came up to me and asked what I liked and what I was looking for. He not only offered me beer choices but cider choices I might like as well and we went back and forth discussing options for about 5 to 7 minutes. I was able to find something based on his selection and was quite delighted. The service was really great here. I would love to shop here again.

I didnt actually buy anything from here but I had to pick up an order for doordash and the employees helped me out tremendously they have an amazing selection of wine I didnt really check out the beer so I cant say much for that but probably one of the coolest things I seen was they have a wine cooler at the beginning of the checkout

The Greenbrier location is phenomenal! Every single visit m, I enjoy the best service that I’ve ever had in a retail environment. Each staff member is courteous, knowledgeable, and willing to go out of their way to make things easy for you—from helping find something from the well-stocked store to assisting with transporting your purchase to the car—they just nail it.Additionally the store maintains superior hygiene practices with wipes immediately at the door with no other contact required, a fully masked staff, and pandemic suitable partitions at the register.Wonderfully impressive. Every. Single. Time.

Friendly Staff and an amazing quality and variety of wines and beer. They also have high many accessories to accompany your wine, decorate your bar, or simply add to your collection.

SOME (not all) of the staff can sometimes be a little high nosed at this location especially for the fact this store is one of the smallest and gets less selection than some of the other stores. the one in Norfolk has better selection and nicer people...

Loved this place until today. As soon as i walked through the door, what seemed to be the manager, followed me. Instantly. He wasted no time to keep up with me. I have never felt so enraged and uncomfortable. Im not sure if he was discriminating or concerned because i am a 5 foot female but i felt discriminated against. I shouldnt have bought the bottle but its my husbands valentines day gift. Do better Greenbriar Total Wine. I will not be coming back.

Always a friendly place. If you dont see it there and they say its there they will be more than happy to find it for you. At least thats my experience if theyre like that with me it has to be the norm for everyone.

They have a Super selection of wines and craft beers. Unfortunately they did not have what I was looking for. I did however find another acceptable porter. Please order more Sweet Baby Jesus. 😕

Great place to buy wine and many types of beer. This total wine is the first store I visited before finding out that a total wine opened up in Virginia Beach. Although, smaller than the one in Virginia Beach, It still holds the same amount of product as the larger ones. so dont go judging the store by its small size. They got what you need.

Wine Selection In This Store, is outta this world, like Astronauts. There Imported wine,Comes From all over world like A Travel Channel.

Everything is set up so its easy to find and the store employees were helpful and courteous.

The only downer is when a wine gets popular they raise the prices. When I went online to place my order yesterday, I was shocked and decided to write this review instead.Meridian Chardonnay an everyday easy consistent $5.00 bottle of wine now $7.00. I buy this by the case and although it’s an inexpensive wine, buying two cases a month adds up to almost double what I would normally spend.Another fav is Dubonnet Red, an aperitif which in the past few months has gone from $12.99 per bottle to a whopping $19.99 per bottle.I’ll be looking for another wine shop.

Love Total Wine! They have lots of different wines and beer. Big fan of the make your own 6-pack option. However, there is not as much variety at this location as the others nearby in Norfolk and Virgina Beach.

I just wanted to say that during these times where people are social distancing, and not taking any extra time to help one another I was very pleased with my experience at this store. The sales associate named Alyssa was working very hard, she was busy working and took the time to help me find something, and shared some of her suggestions. Honestly one of the best organized places to get a large selection or beer or wine. I usually head here for my beer because they group it off so well I can find craft beers or mix and match beers easily. Their prices are also better than most.

Nee to work on customer service. Been to this store several times and have only had good service once. Did love the fact that one of the clerks picks had great information. Which helped us to make wine selections. Cashier was awesome and woman we asked to help us answered our question. Acknowledge your customers and make it a point to ask customers if they need help. We were in the store for 35 minutes and no one said hello or asked if we needed help.
