Love the BOGO but since they no longer have it on bands that I normally purchase its not really worth shopping there anymore.

First time here, loved the BOGO 50% off. Was getting shoes for two of my grandchildren, so this was a perfect deal. They had lots to choose from, Ill have to come back when I have more time.

Staff friendly, store clean good selection

Do not bother ordering shoes for Pick Up at this location. The employees cannot do their job by simply asking to see ID during pickup and allowed some random person to pick up my order. When I asked them about it, they said there was nothing they could do and I needed to call their 1-800 number. I have been fighting with Rack Rooms customer service representatives for over 2 weeks trying to get a refund for something that was clearly their mistake. I have never had an experience so ridiculous before, most other stores actually care about customers and own up to their mistakes. Never again.

Good place for work shoes. Alot of the mens styles were the same and there wasnt much to pick from. Alot of sizes were unavailable. . Probably best for kids and women. They did have a ok selection of dress shoes and boots for guys but lacking on sneakers for name brand styles.

Had a variety of shoes but mostly out of my size.

I’m from the Island of St.John in the United States Virgin Islands. I was flown up because I had a major heart attack. I needed to get some sneakers so I went to the Rack Room Shoes in the Greenbrier Mall to get me a pair of sneakers but when I got to the cashier my card declined because I didn’t inform my bank that I was off island. After waiting for at least 30 minutes on the phone the cashier pulled out her credit card and said have a nice day. All I could do is hug her and tell her Thanks! I’m not leaving until I go back to see her.

Assistant manager Ariel was incredibly Unprofessional and rude! She was not interested in helping us at all! There was no one else in the store however she wouldn’t come from behind the counter to help someone make a purchase. I asked for the manager she said “I am the manager“ “well assistant” didn’t offer a phone number for me to call or any help. I will never go to that location again!

I bought two pairs of shoes with the BOGO. I exchanged one pair for a 1/2 size larger. There was no problem and she didnt give me another receipt. I needed to exchange the other pair because they hurt my feet. The assistant manager told me that I had already returned them and that I needed the receipt from the return. I told him she didnt give me one. He said he could order the new pair of shoes but he could only give me the discouted price toward the new ones. I wrote an email to customer service and I got no response at all, so I retured the shoes and the store manager did not want to hear any of it. She cut me off twice in mid sentence. I will never shop here again!

Customer service here is awesome. I came in and was helped with enthusiasm and left with 2 pair of shoes. Only thing is the kids toddler shoes could be stocked a little better.
