Worst monitoring company, I’ve been on hold for 30 minutes trying to put my fire alarm system on test, no one picks up the phone. Couldn’t preform my fire alarm inspection because The monitoring company wouldn’t answer the phone

They were very helpful. I called them the next day after installation and the came the very next day fixed the problem and I was truly pleased with them. They went over all details of the installation and what would be protected and what I needed. I got the alarm for my son who is in college and I truly have peace of mind knowing the house where he is staying is protected by Richmond Alarm Company.
