Ok so they got my work done for me but that doesnt balance with the negatives here, firstly who in car audio runs a smaller wire from the battery to larger wire ever? these guys do and if it wasnt for me doing an amp upgrade what I did see couldve been worse. also the terminal that they used for my converter was 2 sizes way too big but they Jerry rigged it with 2 screws, and lastly my grounding wire good wire and all but since when do we not scrap the paint off to bare metal for a clean ground connection

Waited all day and my installation still was not complete. I had to make time to come back 3 times for the installation. It took all day and ultimately they blew my speaker. I took it to soundwave in Virginia beach and they had to re wire everything! Also I have a brand new vehicle and the guy installing was smoking cigarettes while having all of my doors open. No offense to anyone that smokes, but I do not want that smell in my car. Honestly a rip off of service. I was compensated blue lights for the wait time, but it blew! Honestly I was ripped off and taken advantage of.
