Wait time was insane. I waited 30 minutes and actually came back to the store and had to wait more. Lady was rude and rushing us to pick phones and Then tried making it better by saying if we rate them 5 stars she will give my kids free headphones if I screenshot and show them I gave a good review. Biggest issue with me is I “purchased” insurance..... come to find out 2 weeks later when a screen shattered that’s “supposed” to be covered I don’t have insurance!!!! Disappointing and I would rather take my money elsewhere.FYI phones are slow and I always have to put the two phones I purchased on my hotspot to get any internet

This is where I got my smart phone and when i have a problem i stop in and they help explain the problem. It is close to where I live and easy to get to. They are I different places but this one works for me.

Went to get gas next door at the 7-11 and i saw the co-worker outside of the mtro pcs store with its friend blasting his(her) music from its car twerkin outside of the store front.........bad for business if you ask me.......very unprofessional!!!!!........Would not recommended doing business there!
