So I buy my vape cartridges here and they are always really helpful. Suggestions for discounts and even going so far as to check the stock if theyre out of something I need. The cashiers are really nice and Ive had nothing but positive experiences here.
All of the workers are just plain rude. They need to be taught proper customer service.
Worker Antonio was Rude and dismissive .. I reported to cashier .. Customer Service is non existent for this young man .. Hopefully he finds a job he likes - he appeared miserable and irritated
Wow where do i start. This is the worst service Ive ever had. Ordered food & when i went back to get it i was told they were out of breast. So another 20min wait after already waiting 22mins. So i wait 30 more mins. Go back in for her to tell me sorry we are out of wings its a 7min. wait on fries now. As i see 3 ppl leave with chicken boxes. So yea they need better management in there. Definitely will not be returning. Amanni needs to be trained to do her job & have some better customer service skills.
The lady associate Liann is awful rude customer service and she is she makes customers feel uncomfortable literally heard her screaming at customer and called them “broke” won’t be returning simply because of her people like that make companies look bad
I normally have a good experience with this ROFO location. Today this was not the case. I went in to order lunch at around 1:15. There were only 3 people waiting ahead of me. I fixed some coffee and a fountain drink and proceeded to checkout. This took about 5 minutes. When I went back to wait for the food, those 3 people were still waiting. So I stood in line for 30 minutes before my order was ready. I may try again sometime because everyone has a bad day- but I will make sure that I’m the only one in line.
Price for the hot foods did not seem appealing ended up skipping lunch. But glad you’re there that bathroom is always clean and much needed.
Love this place especially for coffee, lotto and snacks.
I come here almost every day on my way to work. The service is always great, and the employees will recognize you and are very friendly. This location always has what Im looking for in stock, and the shelves are always neatly fronted and full. The food is good quality, and the cigarettes I buy here are never stale. On top of all of this, Im very impressed with their Brand name items, especially their chocolate bars.Keep up the great work, guys.
Honestly, this has been the worst experience at a gas station that I’ve have ever had. Get your employees on the right track. They don’t know what they are doing......
Many thanks to the staff!!! My daughter accidentally let go of her balloon in the store one evening. Not one, not two, but THREE employees helped get the balloon down from the ceiling so my daughter wouldnt be upset. It was very nice of them...and they went above and beyond to make sure she was happy. And this mom is always happy with the coffee 😊☕🎈

Usually this is my go-to convenience store. But now the manager has been slipping. Last week they ordered the wrong type of coffee lids. So my coffee was spilling out of the lid. Today, I picked up a Diet Pepsi that expired in June. I ordered a chicken wing and when I got home it was so small it look like a cornish hen wing.
I talked this place up to family and friend because I visited it 6 months ago. The service and food were a disappointment. And to make things worse they didnt even have their world famous chicken. ☹
Placed an order for delivery, got cheated out of 3 pieces of chicken, ordered all dark an got mixed, plus chicken was cold, I tossed it in the garbage
Used to love this place now the workers are lazy and never have any chicken ready for breakfast. Ive came two times last week and twice this week and still have to wait 15 mins after I order for someone to say they dont have tenders
Bought the ultimate car wash on the 14 th of this month the wash has been down for maintenance supposedly.. my thing is why let the customer buy something that the company can’t even provide.. yes they had a sign stated down for maintenance but not at both entrances I unfortunately came in with the one that wasn’t posted and ended spending my money on a product that even the workers dont know when it will be fixed.. disappointed about royal farms they use to be on point..service and a good welcoming environment but I Guess all things come to a end 😒

Every time I try to get a chicken sandwich in the morning, after i already put in my order the lady in the back tells me rudely we dont have that. Dont have what?! Bread? Chicken? Any sense of customer service? No. Yall are supposed to be known for your chicken, yet your employees are too inefficient to provide.
Went there for the first time today. All employess standing around talkinhg to each other. I got no greeting and walked around checking it out no one offered help. I went and got my beverage and went up to the counter. I was the only one there, 5 employess talking to each other and looking over the top of me. Finally someone put thier paper down and offered to check me out. Very unfriendly atmosphere and i wont be back.
I dont stop there often but today is the second time in a month someone has solicitated me for money. I really think this is inappropriate.
So I went to get lunch and my order got messed up and the manager Lawrence treated me like such a burden and it got to the point where I just asked for a refund as he gives me a half torn 5 back I ask for singles or a different 5 and he tells me I cant make change like come on dude, terrible customer service on his part,never seen a grown man in his late 40s have such an issue with a kid just trying to get some lunch, choose Wawa they apparently know what they are doing unlike some people
Great chicken but alittle pricy buying by the piece. All in all, a good fuel stop with a good amout of variety to shop from.
Late night is so unprofessional the store associate LIANN is so unprofessional and rude and ghetto she is always verbally assaulting customers and is a bully she needs to be disciplined
