Since Tony and Monica aren’t in the store a lot anymore the friendliness of staff has plummeted. Convenience to home is not everything. We should be able to make purchases without a clerk wanting to argue about it when SHE is rude and doesn’t listen to customers. Maybe it’s a language barrier but she wears the red ball cap. She overcharged for lotto not listening, she argues with customers about items behind the counter and today was the last chance for this 7-11. Management needs to step in at this location and observe behaviors. This location is far too busy for arguments at the register.

Every time I stop here (and I do mean EVERY time) there is never paper loaded to print a receipt at the pump. In the midst of a pandemic when you (and we) dont want to have to enter any store needlessly, there is no excuse for a customer having to walk to the cashier to ask for a receipt when you should be checking the status of the receipt printer at the pump. When someone comes in to ask for a receipt, shouldnt that be the trigger to send someone out to replace it?

Really impressed by how clean it was. Big store and the coffee bar was great. Tons of choices for creamer and flavors. Convenient to get in and out of.

Im not in the habit of reviewing 7-11s, but this is the nicest one Ive ever seen! Bright, clean, awesome drink area, and friendly!

This location always have an excuse about not having receipt paper at the gas pumps...today is my last day purchasing gas at this location. Just be honest we are to lazy to refill the machine paper roll.

Always welcomed when coming in the store. Tony knows what he’s doing. Always knocks down the customer line really fast which is great. Always friendly. Bought a bad/expired candy bar, they exchanged it out for me. Great service. We go here almost everyday.

I literally live right up the street from this 711. It used to be my favorite, but the overnight attendant... Older Asian female is by far the RUDEST cashier I have ever come across. She never gives a greeting... She waits at least 4 mins before she will even come to the counter, when you come in and she is somewhere else. She takes her time to give change back and then she drops it in my hand rudely... Every time! If she doesnt like customer service, she should work somewhere else. She really brings the value of the store down. I go out of my way to hit a convenience store now, just to avoid her and spending my money here. Two stars because it is always wonderfully clean!!!

We stopped by Sunday morning to buy gas and clean the windshield on our vehicle. To my delight, the cleaning fluid was clean and clear. My husband was able to easily remove the insect remains from our Saturday outing. Thank you for providing the tools we needed to clean the window. MK

This 7 eleven is lacking in few areas of standards: (1) Attendants specially the oldest male have to be prompted to provide receipts in general also my big deal is when winning a Lotto no matter how small receipt has to be provide with out being asked for it. (2) gas pumps are out dated and hard to use DIC. (3) Store could use a little cleaning inside and out.

I never write reviews about a business but i have had nothing but constant disappointment with this store. I work right across the street so its convenient but i cant count the number of times I have purchased something and realized it was expired. I have learned that i need to thoroughly check the product and the expiration date but i also feel items should be rotated out like many other stores do. I recently went in for some breakfast and purchased 3 of the ham and cheese rollers. As i was about to bite into the third one I noticed a long hair sticking out of the end. I am extremely unhappy with this store and the lack of care the employees have for their products. Make sure you check out expiration dates and any unpackaged food!!!!

Worst Cashiers Ive ever dealt with. No customer service skills dont try to talk to you dont prompt you to check out. Always yelling and talking with each other. The only reason I come back is because its so clean and its on my way to work.I have many left maybe two reviews on anything in my entire life but the Employees are so terrible at this location I had to leave this review

Not too bad for a gas and go or grab a snack.
