GREAT place to run in and shop. Usually has a full stock of most items anyone wants. Staff always nice. They have the BEST pharmacy staff you will ever find. They are so nice and top notch in their jobs. They go out of their way to be accomodating. This is the only pharmacy I will use unless I moved too far away.

I really enjoyed my visit to this small store. Neat, clean, friendly with good prices.

I used there pickup service it was easy and simple. Though the pickup parking could use to be better labeled. As this was my first time picking up from this location I had no idea where the pickup spots were. Other locations have their pickup spaces better labeled. The attendant was friendly and quick.

I love the Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market! Not a lot of distractions, I can go in and shop just for groceries. The lines moves quickly. The workers are courteous and friendly. I always have a good shopping experience there!

The produce was the best Ive found in the area. Well stocked shelves, clean bathrooms.

Nice market, has some great deals to save you money. The only thing that is missing is a bakery. You cant beat the $1 for the Italian and French bread. It is so good.

Economical. Friendly. Some items we use seem to go out of stock occasionally.

Im a skater so me and my friend skated there cuz it was like an 8 minute ride so we got $.77 ice cream and the soda machines in front sometimes give you two even tho its just $.50 for a can so me and my friend got 4 cans for $1.50, it was really nice inside, the people who work there are nice and stuff is pretty cheap! 5/5

I went into this store to shop with my mom and they didnt have in-stock what me and my mom wanted and where the juice is was leaking and getting on the floor and no one was cleaning it. And it smelled like sewage water.

Not much to say, i came here and found what I was looking for when the local supermarket was out of it. Their self checkout is very user friendly.

Rather disappointed in this store.4pm on Friday April 10, 2020I appreciate that they are only allowing a certain number of people in the store at a time but all that effort goes out the window when they have 2 employees down every aisle doing restock. Your store has changed their hours for cleaning and prepping for people to safely enter their store why are you not doing your restock then?? Don’t tell me its because you have to do it when the inventory comes in. I don’t want to hear that. Don’t do it at 4pm on a Friday and don’t do it down every aisle. Show respect for your customers!

Best Walmart in Chesapeake by far.

This is a good Neighborhood Walmart, the reason for the 4 star is because the produce area sometimes lacks variety. However, all other sections are well stocked. This location is better than the Walmart Supercenter.

This Walmart is just around the corner from us. The mask requirement for COVID-19 came with a medical exception for those that should not wear a mask. This afternoon we went to go get some groceries and were met with a very large sign saying a mask was required to shop here. What about those of us who have medical conditions that preclude the use of a mask? How discriminatory! We all know the governors order, putting up a sign just intimidates people! Nothing like making you feel like a pariah. What are they going to do next? Check our papers at the door, or start issuing yellow badges for those with medical conditions. My family and I will not be back!

There always out of stuff and it takes them. 4-ever to get it back in stock !

I always like shopping there!! They dont asked for a Receipt, like the Super Ctrs. The Super Ctrs.make you feel like you stole something!!

Clean and good customers service.

Quick. Some very good and unique items. Plus, a lot of the things we always need. Easy shelves and aisles. And, one if if not the nicest cashier in all if Hampton Roads - always up, always nice, always smiling.

They are the closest market from our house. So its easy to get to and most of the time pretty quick. They have increased their customer service toward customers since the past. I think they are working on trying to increase their customer service. Their pricing is average with everybody else. There fresh fruits and vegetables are not as good as some of the other local places. There pharmacy has become a more friendly place to do business with. We even got a call back from the pharmacist to make sure the medicines I was taking was helping. I think they are really working on customer service and support for us. More to come the next time I get a review.

Great selections, horrible LOUD ridiculous employee that just got off work with her smock still on. I dont think she realizes the negative she brings Walmart with her loud mouth, walking through the store and standing at the entrance. Im all for fun but theres a line. Other employees there GREAT!

I have been shopping here over 4 years, the prices are great, but what makes this family Wal-Mart is the employees. I go 3 to 4 per week because I can take my puppies and I know they are safe while I shop

They NEVER answer the phone.

Im not sure what has been going on with this store lately but for the past week or so, it has been really unsanitary. I went to the restroom and the trash can was super full. The floor by the produce section was disgusting. They usually have the cart corrals full but recently I have to get a cart from the lot. Its really disappointing to see that the upkeep of this store going downhill. They may want to give their maintenance people a few more hours because this is unacceptable! Ill go to the grassfield Walmart from here on out.

Each shopping trip is different. Sometimes successful, sometimes not. It is always clean. Tha associates are friendly, and helpful.

So convenient to have this nearby.

This place has everything I need at the best prices. Walmarts Price Catcher feature is the best. I never have to wait for a sale on items. Walmart compares your receipt items to other local grocery stores. If they find a lower price elsewhere, they refund you the difference. How cool is that! I never go anywhere else if I can help it. And very important to me at this location is that the employees are very very friendly.

They pretty much keep it well stocked and I love to go there when I dont want to deal with the amountbof people shopping in the super walmarts. Lines go quick and if it gets backed up they open more lines. Parking lot is large, store is clean, produce is fresh and if you cant find something they always have a person near the registers aaking if you need help.

The pharmacy staff are extremely nice.

I can’t say enough good things about this location. The staff is always so friendly and kind, and the bakery goods are amazing! Even the flowers I get there seem to last a very long time. Will always go here first for groceries.

My favorite place to shop. They have the best prices without even putting things on sale compared to all the other grocery stores in the area. They have a large gluten free selection along with organic products, almond meal, coconut sugar, grass fed beef,etc. Their cashiers have always been very friendly and even recognize when they havent seen me recently and come and say hi. Great store.

I use the drive thru pharmacy at this Walmart. Their very friendly and personal. They even remember my name when I drive up. Never have to wait long for any prescriptions.

Good produce, meats are the same as any walmart. Nice selection for groceries. The deli has a good variety. Has all the Wal-Mart amenities without the big crowds.

Clean store, plenty of options for its size and good customer service. You can also find not just grocery stuff but some hygiene products as well.

This place is great. Walmart prices for groceries without having to wait in a long line of customers buying clothes, swim gear, you name it! Also the pharmacy department here is top notch. They always go above and beyond.

Recently shopped for my groceries and used the self check out line. Realized after the fact that I could not pay by check. Associates Nicole B and Gabrielle proceeded to help me rectify the situation. They very kindly took me to regular check out and rescanned all seven bags of groceries. Theres a creepy old white guy that works here that will follow young females to their car. Be careful in the parking lot.

Just visiting, Chesapeake, VA,/ Family... We did some gerocery shopping, liked it very well, and I wish they had 1 or 2 of theses stores in Johnson City, TN.

This store is way under staffed over night & there is no option but to use the self pay Isle. Unfortunately if there happens to be a problem it could take 20+ minutes to literally hunt down an employee, then when u do, all but 2 have been extremely rude. The rudest one being the male overnight manager. The two very helpful employees are the only reason I even bother going back to shop.

We went grocery shopping around 8pm on a week night. Our cart wss over flowing, about $400 worth of food. There were NO lanes open and the ONE person we found said she didnt know how to ring up. So we left our cart and walked out. We will gladly give our money to other businesses.

Very clean Walmart with a good layout, although when they started closing at 12am they did not make that clear and as I was shopping after work I was told they were closing in ten minutes without prior warning upon entering the store. I still think its a great store due to it being mainly food.

This is a very nice Walmart one of the nicer looking Walmart lots of room very spacious what more can you say about Walmart accept that its Walmart staff seems for the most part friendly easy to find things can be a pain to get in and out of the area sometimes depending on traffic and the time of day but still a good location closest Walmart in the area keep up the good work
