Out of all of the jewelry stores I have been into, this is the best jewelry store. When I was searching for my diamond ring upgrade after 25 years of marriage, I wanted something very special. I was looking everywhere, here in tidewater and up in NY and NJ but I couldn’t find what I was looking for. My coworker recommended Segals after she had her jewelry repaired there. The staff are very friendly and they know a lot about diamonds. I was always treated with respect and care. The jeweler Sam listened to me and my husband and understood what I wanted probably when I was still unsure of what it was myself. When I look at this ring I am so thankful for Sam because if it weren’t for him I may have made a wrong decision, he lead me to making the best choice and I have the ring I have been dreaming of for 20 some years. 19 July 19 - Fixed a broken watch band and replaced the battery in 10 - 15 minutes. More so, it was a Fossil watch that apparently the Fossil store couldnt / wouldnt fix in person, as it had a unique pin in the band. The nice gentleman working at Segal was able to find a solution in no time! Definitely recommend!

Wonderful people! Replaced a watch battery in minutes and took links from my watch. I went in to get an anniversary gift for my wife (new setting for her solitaire) and they were extremely helpful in getting what I wanted. She even took her wedding band back and they changed it from yellow gold to white gold to match her new ring. We didnt even know that could be done but they did! I bought my wedding set from Kay Jewelers and that was a HUGE mistake. They needed to send my set out to be sized and 2 weeks later I picked it up and guess what it was still TOO BIG. They sent it out a 2nd time and it came back 6 WEEKS later and guess what it was still TOO BIG and the shank wasnt round it was Horrible. True customer service. More than what I was looking for. Diamonds delivered to my front door step during the covid-19. My first experience was buying a princess cut diamond ring for my wife. My wife was so happy with the ring and I was so satisfied with the customer service I went back and purchased 6 pair matching earrings for my daughters. Once again my wife was elated at the earrings that I purchased for my daughters. My wifes Only complaint was that they were too small. So after a week went by I contacted them and exchange the earrings for something a little bigger. Exchange them with no hassle and totally for free. This what I mean when I say true customer service. Needed an appraisal done for a intricate item of value I had bought at auction. The gemologist looked at it and could tell me things about it that were accurate right off the bat so I trusted her and she made me feel like I’m in good hands. She was a specialist at this appraisal and she did a diligent job finding out about the different hallmarks my piece had and it’s history and origin. I’m very pleased with the whole process and the end results.

I came in looking for something very specific that nobody had and the lady said she could order it for me. I didn’t really want to do that but instead she showed me other things that were actually really pretty that were in the store and I ended up getting really excited about a pendant that my girlfriend would really like. Segal and Co delivers speedy and fantastic service. I had came in 2016 looking for an anniversary gift for my wife. I came in and they a wide and gorgeous variety of jewelry, rings, necklaces, bracelets, etc. I saw a heart shaped pendant but I wanted to change the color of my gemstones to my childrens birth stones. I didnt think it was going to be possible to do it, given the short time frame and the expertise needed to perform that procedure. But, Cheni (their gemologist) was so courteous and helpful and made sure to get it done right with the exact gemstones that I needed. I was very hesitant at first but her niche for gems really helped me come to realize I was in good hands.When I came to pick it up, not only did it exceed my expectations but they also added a small gift with a personal touch. They are excellent and I wish them more great business in the future.Would recommend!

But then, I walked into Segal, with no intention to buy and I figured I would just go take a gander and come out empty handed.But I literally sat down one of their associates, Cassie, my ring.
