My family has been using East Coast for years now and I finally got a hot tub of my own. The tub came earlier than expected with a quick install appointment available. Todd over at the Western Branch store was very considerate of what we wanted out of the tub while keeping us in our budget. The install team was fantastic! Junior was extremely patient with all of the electrical hiccups we were having during the install. Always pick a good electrician the first time !Very knowledgeable group and we would recommend them to anyone.

Todd Wright and the group he has at East Coast Leisure in Chesapeake, have been great from my first visit to their store in April of last year. Todd and the gang treated my wife and I great. The next thing you know, we are the proud owners of our first pool. East Coast leisure has been incredibly helpful all along the way.When my wife told me last year that she wanted a pool, I was absolutely opposed to the idea. But now one year later, I can honestly say this was one of the best things that I have ever done. I got a great pool for a price that didn’t break the Bank. The folks at East coast leisure have helped me with everything pool related. It is not even very hard to maintain. That is great since that allows me to use the pool much more often than I ever dreamed that I would.Thank you, Todd and the gang at East Coast Leisure. East Coast Leisure at this location is not great. They have a fair selection of hot tubs and some pool equipment. They have chemicals but the selection is very brand driven. The customer service has been poor this summer. They meet and greet very fast but the service drops to Walmart levels once they figure out your not shopping big.

Took a water sample to the Churchland store. I was welcomed by Miles, one of the always helpful people at East Coast. He tested my sample after checking for any updates regarding my pool and equipment. I was able to have a written plan for treatment, grabbed what I needed and was on the way in a matter of minutes.Thanks again Miles!I always recommend East Coast Leisure when asked where to get help with your pool.

Great customer service!! Much better than I’ve experienced in a while! Love the furniture and the transaction and getting a delivery to the store of my choice was seamless. They will be out go to for pool/patio/deck needs!

Todd was extremely knowledgeable and helped us pick up a great 24 above ground pool! He also pointed us towards Bob @ Eagle Merchants for the pool install. Bob and his crew did a great job and had the pool installed in only 3 hours!

We called ahead and prepaid for a cartridge filter and it was at the checkout counter waiting to be picked up when my wife arrived. Friendly knowledgeable staff always.

We had to have our above ground pool replaced on one occasion, our pool liner and cover replaced after a storm since we lived at our current location. East Coast Leisure has always provided top notch service on every occasion, not once have we had any issues with their dedicated support. I would recommend ECL to anyone and would not go anywhere else for my pool needs!

Everything went great with my purchase of a hot tub with the manager. He did all he could to accommodate us. The installation was great as well. Everyone involved was professional and nice to my husband and I. We love our new hot tub!

We bought a house with a pool with a torn liner and equipment that hadnt been operated in years. Several other companies had been contacted to do the work by the previous owners and nothing had been done. We contacted Casey at East Coast and within a day had the new liner ordered. Once it arrived, it was installed the next day and the pool fully functional in 3 days. Everyone I dealt with was fantastic and focused on making sure our job got done fast and right.

We went to 2 different pool stores (L’s & AL) looking to upgrade our pool pump & filter. The first 1 was no help because we interrupted her lunch break and the 2nd place wanted me to sacrifice my first born (price was almost double the first stores price!). Getting ready to call it a day, we saw East Coast Leisure on the corner while at a stop light. We went in and Miles took care of everything we needed. He took us outside to show us their setup and explained how it would work and answered every question we had about upgrading. Miles was very knowledgeable and professional and took the time to make sure we had everything we needed for a successful upgrade. Rude customer service, supplies are limited

The store manager was more than happy to sell us a hot tub, but once they had our money there was no reason for them to communicate with us. I had to make several phone calls just to make sure that they would finally deliver our hot tub. They told us 4-6 weeks for delivery, but it was actually 7 weeks. The simple blue system they promote is not simple at all. They didnt give us a correct analysis of our water so the levels were off tremendously. We ended up going to Olivers pools for help. We had to drain our hot tub and start all over, but at least now we have knowledgeable people who are more than willing to help us keep our hot tub water healthy. I DO NOT RECOMMEND EAST COAST LEISURE FOR ANYONE!!

Our pool hadn’t been opened in a couple of years. The knowledgeable staff sold me exactly what was needed and didn’t try to sell me unnecessary items. They took a genuine interest in my success.

First, our salesman Christian was great from start to finish. He was very knowledgable about the spas and helped me find the right one for my needs and I love it! Also of special note are the 2 installers that put it in. They came on time, were very professional, assembled and installed my spa, worked well with my contractor. Im not even sure what the girls name was that helped me, but she was awesome 😁I came with a load of questions as a new pool owner and she was very patient and full of knowledge. I have been to this location a handful of times and they are always quick to acknowledge me and assist me.

Stay away! This company installed a pool at my home and it was a scam. They quoted and I signed a contract for a specific price. Once the pool was installed I was advised that in order to get a concrete skirt around the pool I would have to pay another company thousands of dollars. They never mentioned this when the contract was being written! I was so angry and pissed off to the max. I ended up having to get anther company to come out and put a skirt around my pool. They lied pretty much about everything. This was the worst decision I have ever made in my life. I should have gone to another pool company and not just stick with the familiar. BEWARE!!

Most of my experiences at East coast have been good. I mainly shop at the western branch location now and they are great.

Reasonable prices and always great service!

These people installed a liner, very poorly, last Jan....nothing but problems. It wrinkled immediately, and when we contacted them they did not want to make it right. Today I just paid to have leaks fixed caused by the poor installation. The gaskets around the two main drains were not screwed in properly....many of the holes were actually missed (something we never could have known until the leaks were investigated and discovered by a professional....)....when they installed the liner they were rushing to finish.....working in the dark for several of the hours....and it was just very poor workmanship all the way around. Very dissatisified, and would have still recommended them IF they had just owned the poor install and made it right. After several phone calls they offered to come fix wrinkles but not to pay the $800 to replace the water.....I will never use them again nor recommend them to ANYONE.....

Overpriced equipment and upkeep materials coupled with a confused and incompetent staff. Purchased a pool last year and paid cash because somehow I got a ‘deal’ only to find out that assistance with keeping my pool blue and clear is illusive at this establishment. Water tested fine for pH but still walked out with 80 dollars worth of stuff and none of it worked and a trip to Google after I got home told me otherwise. The manager apologized and gave me a whole 10 percent off my next 100 visit.I was so frustrated and had no idea where to go so I went to Leslie Pools in Va Beach and they actually tested my water with a machine that works and gave me a treatment plan and MAGIC within 5 days I could see the bottom. They were cheaper, more intelligent, and actually called to see if the recommendation fixed it.Steer clear of this place unless you are hot tub shopping only!!!!!!!!

Bad experience,PHOSPHATE remover not necessary,50.00 non returnable,so ticked off feel like I was scammed,Read up on it yourself not necessary to remove in water,Feel like they saw me comming....Ask for some thing to clear cloudy water.... this is not it...LOST MY BUSINESS OF 10 YEARS +, You made extra 50 off me today but lost years worth of future business. So mad!!
