They had what I was looking for but kinda let since the 20% off coupon isnt offered anymore . You gotta join a club to get any discounts and I go there that often for that . The service was great 👍

However I do like the wide variety of tools and accessories. There seems to be too many products MADE IN CHINA. How can we get away from this and increase the MADE IN AMERICA part? Im sure there are plenty of quality manufacturers Right here in the Good Ole U.S. of A, to effectively ensure the Jobs in 🇺🇸 America are Kept here.

This particular time I was returning a product I was not satisfied with. They took it back no problem. Very pleased with the customer service. I shop here all the time. Tammy was very friendly and helpful.

The place to go for good tools at a good price

Store was fine and employees were friendly and helpful. The company computer system needs major overhauling. Lets put items on sale with only 1 or 2 per store. And one is display only. Sad sad sad.

Great place to purchase cheap tools and stuff. Clean store. Note they only have what they have, staff isnt to familiar with their inventory, also loud moving stuff around store. Only one checkout counter w multiple people in line, other checkout person walked away, unclear if they were open and returning, after 5 minutes moved to open checkout. U get what you pay for.

Always a good event and employees for the most part are helpful and friendly. The only thing, you have to tell the cashier when items are on sale (coupons) or you are charged regular price. Just tell them you have a coupon and then theres no problem. 👍

Lets be honest: Stuff here is second tier quality. But you can also snag some really awesome deals -- most especially if you sign up for coupons. For tools and similar items, try here first. Just be aware that items wont last as long.

Very friendly people here. Called ahead and they set something aside for me. They have great prices on things. I bought a pop-up, small lanturn for 3.99. It is super bright and perfect for an emergency like when the power is out...or for camping! Definitely will be back here.

This is a welcome addition to the hardware stores on the Battlefield Blvd corridor. Harbor Freight can be found inside Woodford Square shopping center inside part of the old Farm Fresh that closed down in 2019.Ive visited here a couple of times since opening once for one of those small drawer cases that separates all your small stuff. Screws, nails, washers, etc. and another time for a tarp. On both visits I was able to find what I wanted quickly and at a good price and back to my project. Kudos to them. Ill be using them frequently.

Ok but they took away their coupons. Have to be a member now. Still a decent place to find that tool you need for cheap that you use only once.

Decent quality equipment at a good discount. There are many bargains to be had for frequently used tools. Most of the trailering accessories are significantly cheaper than Lowes, Walmart, or Auto Zone type places and unlike Amazon, you can get it immediately.

This new harbor freight is an adults candy store. I love harbor freight and having one closer to home is great. I love everything about harbor freight and alot of their in house brands have gotten better and better over the years. You can never go wrong with harbor freight tools, tool boxes, or anything else that sell including their omnipro welders.

Always a good experience here. Went in yesterday for a bottle jack and saw they had torque wrenches on sale, but were sold-out. Said they had a truck coming in this evening and said try back tomorrow. Called first and verified they were back in stock, so went and picked one up. Staff is friendly.

We are so very glad they put a Harbor Freight closer to our house. Driving out to Janaf was an all day event sometimes an I live the convenience of being able to get my husband what he needs inexpensively without having to go all the way out to Norfolk. The employees are very helpful and if they dont have an answer they try their best to get you one before you leave.

Im glad they opened a store right here in Chesapeake. Being that I live in Moyock, NC, I now have two locations to choose visit. The store was clean and kept. Staff was helpful and knowledgeable.

Was able to find what I was looking for quick. Staff was able to help with requests. The dissatifactory part was I bought a tool for my work, and find that I now have to go back and purchase a battery and charger.

Called and asked about a specific ramp to see if it was in stock. I was told it was. I drove 20 minutes to this store to be told the only one they had was the display ramp that we couldnt have. Werent that apologetic but did point us to another store that supposedly has 7 of these ramps. Lets hope its the truth this time. Make sure they triple check they have want you want is stock.

Great front cashier who was inundated with customers and still managed to keep her cool, and helped me get assistance from a great floor employee who taught me all about mitre saws AND loaded it up in my car..made my adult sons birthday and my shopping excursion a great experience even though I had no clue how to select a mitre saw...thanks HF!

It was very crowded & out of many items on my list. Not enough cashiers. I was lucky to be second in line with about 11 people behind me. I had a much better experience about 3 weeks ago.

A good place to shop for man toys and tools. I needed a mud hog pump and hoses. Harbor Freight Tools has them in stock at a fair price!

Typical harbor freight.

So glad to see a Harbor Freight centralized in the area. Close enough to the By-Pass coming out of Carolina to service the needs of a large area in Southeast Va. and Northeast NC.I do a lot with Disaster Ministry and appreciate the affordable tools and the many specials they run constantly. It helps to stretch the donated dollar to get the most for the least out lay of funds. If it is not on sale this week just keep an eye on the ads, because it probably soon will be.

This is a great place to get tools and other materials for DIY projects. I like to keep my weekly flyer mailer to get coupons for this place. I highly recommend a trip to Harbor Freight tools.

The only problem I had was the aggravation of the people that work there always interrupting me wouldnt leave me alone to shop and did not matter what aisle I went on they would soon show up to start stocking getting in everybodys way
