Went in here with the intention of buying a few Yankees hats and some adidas hats we saw outside and we weren’t allowed in because we didn’t have masks. We are fully vaccinated and would have been happy to provide our vaccine cards. I understand it is a business’s right however, it may be smart to listen to the CDC. And the entire rest of the mall does not require it for Vaccinated individuals. I’m mostly just leaving a review because I’m not sure if the owner knows the employee working turns away customers now that the mandate is lifted. Especially running a business. The man wasn’t very nice about it either. We were there 6/2/21 around 1 o clock.

Mall is open until 9:00 yet the store closes at 8:00. I get there at 8:01 only to be turned away even though I knew what I wanted and it would have been a very quick transaction.

Went to pick up my online order at around 12:10pm. Store was closed. Waited around until 12:50 and no one ever showed up. Posted store hours are 10am-9pm. No sign or anything indicating why they might be closed during operating hours. Called the store number and no message.

Plenty of Ball caps. Very nice staff.

Worst customer service. I was simply asking a question over the phone and was rudely hung up on.

Nice customer service, limited quanties and sizes on popular styles. Online is better for free pick up from the store.

Today, I went to the the Greenbrier Mall Lids to buy a Redskins hat before the playoff game. There was a large section of Redskins hats to choose from. In between all the Redskins hats, there was a big sign that said all lids 40% off. As I was trying on Redskins hats, the manager told me all hats are 40% off. In response, I joked back that the discount was great because I may not need the hat for a year if they lose today. After I selected a hat and walked over to the register, both an employee and the manager refused to honor the 40% discount that we discussed minutes before. I am NOT going to tell anybody not to buy hats from Lids but I do think everybody should know about the false advertising and poor business practices.
