They are always on schedule and I have never had to wait when I arrive for an appointment. Becca is a real gem, very talented and supervises the work at multiple office locations in the area. I have been a customer around 6 years now and can’t find a negative thing to say about this business and staff. 5 stars all around. The first morning after getting my hearing aids and wearing them outside to get the paper I was amazed. I couldn’t believe all the birds chirping and singing. It was a sound that I hadn’t heard in years. If any of my neighbors had been looking out their windows they probably thought I’d lost my mind. I just stood there looking around. I have been broken, physically, mentally Nd definitely emotionally. To have someone to shown concerns, fairness, justice, caring, understanding willing to go that extra mile to help me boost my inners/outer feeling to give back my self esteem which I totally lost.The qualities of compassion shown by you was and is full of kindness,patience and perseverance to help.By not hearing I lost self esteem, more depress, easier frustrated, embarrassed about not hearing/not understanding. For years I have been isolating myself from things, people and place to keep my feelings from being hurt.It have been beyond frustrating trying to hear on phone, understand instructions and constantly saying sorry I am hearing impaired please repeat what you said, I don’t understand, etc. some people are rude, very short with you, take deep breath, say there isn’t other around to help, get louder which that is not what I need but to speak slower, many just don’t care and I get hung up on a lots.As the loaner was being program I watch the facial expression and the hopes of it work. No body but God put you in charge of lifting my head.When I put on the loaner aids- I stepped into another world. I came out of this deep isolated tunnel into a beautiful surroundings of sounds and clarify. No more pretend I understood or ask what they say.The tears I have now are tears of joys. This weekend I have been able to watch tv with family, talk on phone with family/friends, listen to on line church services and interact in family conversations more.There isn’t enough words or enough money to explain my happiness with the loaner aids. I has given up but now my prayers of hearing are being are being answer.My life is differ because of you at the Chespeake office.Thank you, thank you for going that extra mile for meBettie Cook

My hearing test at the Beltone location on North Battlefield Blvd, in Chesapeake, VA, was, overall, a satisfactory experience and informative. The staff were very professional and accommodating. However, I found the environment to pose significant distractions which, I feel, diminished the experience and affected the general outcome of my hearing test. Noises in the building, such as people talking or laughing very loudly in the lobby, coupled with constant changes in the ambient room tone (air conditioner compressor/fan randomly turning on and off nearby, etc.), proved to be very distracting to me. The testing duties were handed off from one employee to another in the middle of my test, with the first tester leaving the room, then reappearing moments later, making extraneous noises as he left and subsequently re-entered the room (the door is directly in front of the test booth). This distraction did not enhance my hearing and concentration. Consequently, while it was determined that my hearing was, overall, very satisfactory, Im not convinced that this is the ideal location and environment to undergo such an important health test. But, then again, maybe Im just nitpicking a bit too much here? I would give this store benefit of the doubt and have a future test done here, just to be sure.

Having trouble with my left Hearing Aid, just stopped in and they cleaned and replaced a part and out in no time. The Manager and Employees are always so helpful and take good care of you with a smile on their face! Thanks Beltone !!
