Bought 2 sets of scrubs. Got home realized 4inches of one side of the top had not been sewn together. No refunds. Not going back here.

First time ever coming here and everyone was rude. Scrubs were priced well but get what you pay for with rude customer service. Wasn’t even acknowledged when we walked in, acted annoyed that we were even there. I won’t be back. I will definitely look for another scrub shop.

This place is by far the best scrub store I have visited. Even the outlet scrub store in Norfolk had nothing compared to this place!! Great scrubs, great customer service, reasonable prices. Just an all around great place!!

Pretty good selection and flexible return policy. Theres a few fitting rooms so you never have to wait to try things on. Theres a good discount section with lots of printed tops as well. My only complaint (and this is just coming from a personal standpoint as it is not an issue that will affect most) is that the maternity section is sorely lacking. Otherwise it is usually worth a trip.

Lots of scrubs and many different brands. Large and petite sizes. They had standard colors as well as seasonal and holiday patterns.

Good store but not enough Tall sizes. Location sucks. Dont go during peak hours or you are stuck going further out great bridge which is highly congested.

The young lady that was the customer service rep today was phenomenal. Very helpful through willing to help not pushy but gentle enough that I was almost done shopping leaving with nothing and I ended up buying three items so thank you for great customer service

Prices are reasonable for scrubs with a large variety of styles and sizes including petites and tall. I paid $36.69 for a set of Cherokee scrubs. Chesapeake Regional Ems get a discount.

This place is the best....I have been in about 3 times and they already know me by name and always go above and beyond.

Excellent Customer Service - they accidentally made a slight mistake with embroidering a uniform, and reimbursed me the entire price of that uniform and gave me a free embroidered scrub top. A bit frustrated at the mistake, but were very professional about correcting the mistake as best possible. Will definitely recommend to friends, just make sure the embroidering instructions are crystal clear as they dont do it in house.

They a large selection. The store is small so there isnt alot of space. Seem like the added more uniforms taking up more space.

If I could have given this place a double zero star I would have!!! I went in January for scrubs. I purchased $200 worth of scrubs. The lady taking my order was super sweet however I wanted to get my name on the shirts and she couldnt seem to get the order form right. It took over an hour just at the counter. She told me up to two weeks for my uniforms to come in no problem. Three weeks went by and I called to check in... nothing. Four weeks I called again, I was told DO NOT CALL again WE will call you. Ok um please dont talk to me like that I AM the costumer I paid YOU $200. This is the fifth week with STILL no scrubs. I DID call again asking if you can cal the company who does the embroidery and I was told they do not know who does the embroidery I JUST HAVE TO WAIT or come in for a refund because I am so impatient! ..ok ok first off. WOW!!! I just want my scrubs in a timely manner. The lady answering the phone has no people skills WHAT SO EVER!!!! And IS there a manager or OWNER I can speak too besides JULIANA????

The people working when I went were rude, didnt acknowledge me, offer me any help, and when I walked to the counter to ask for assistance they seemed annoyed and werent helpful at all.
