T is a new face and he was friendly and patient with looking into my previous visit to make sure my mileage maintenance was up to date. Josh went to the beyond to check for a warranty we didnt know I had. And Donnie made sure I got to use my service coupon from my rewards points. I absolutely love bringing my car to them. They take the time to look into all of my vehicle concerns.
I understand that this place is busy because they do good work. But you shouldnt book appointments for times when you know they wont get seen at that time. I had an appointment for 3:30pm for a simple plug in my tire from a nail & it took until 4:15 for them to even get it in the garage. 33$ to do a simple plug in a tire.
Well was a decent purchase experience WAS impressed but forget the service dept, no one talks to the other and just dont order parts thru service they messed it all up!
The sales staff and service department and mechanics are great. With struggling times for the auto industry CMA employees go the extra mile to find the automobile you want.

It was a big mistake going to this place. I took my 2014 GMC ACADIA a brake paddle noise NOT the brake pads and 8 had just put new rotors and brakepads the they before and becauseI didnt want switch my new brakes and rotors for their brand, plus they couldnt find the problem they tried to sell me a new brake caliper for $610 guess what I got it done for $303 somewhere else, the diagnosis was $150 but before I get my keys from them they told me $225 just because I didnt want them to do any work on my car, big mistake I hope who ever touch my car in the dealer get touch by God or them bad and expensive place.
Made an appointment a week early in the week and was asked If I would be waiting, which I told them I would be. Once I arrive I check in via the kiosk outside which also ask me if I will be waiting, which I also selected. Once they take my vehicle they tell me I am not allowed to wait and I need to find myself a ride. So 50$ in uber cost later I come back to retrieve my vehicle to receive the job done, but completely irrelevant comments about my after market wiring for the stereo on my paperwork and just rude demeaning attitude from the tech along with misinformation. Not a great experience at all.

Called Saturday, got good choice of appointments on Monday. Check engine light on...also time for oil change and tire rotation. They checked me in right away, waiting room pretty comfortable. Promptly did the work, and good luck, the check engine light was some kind of special service that was free. Not a recall, but something GM was fixing for free!!! Also have to say people here are just HELPFUL. A few months ago on a cold cold day, all the gas station air pumps were broken and my air was low in one tire. They topped it off for free and graciously. That kind of service earns my loyalty. Thank you.

Just went there for oil change. Very efficient. Then they told me I needed new brakes and rotors and some kind of fluid change and a tail light. It will cost almost 500 dollars just to pass my inspection coming up. Before you buy a Chevy Cruz do your research. In the past 6 months I have spend about 2500 dollars in repairs not counting this additional stuff.

They do work that is not necessary to fix a problem and charge alot of money and it doesnt fit the problem and then I take the car back the first time it rains after they charge me over 1500. dollars and they put grease on a sensor to stop the problem. so i never needed the 1500. in repairs. the grease fixed the problem

1st visit - Oil change... Lickety Split Quick and to the point!2nd visit - Going to have to take back all stars... nice 1st impression, BUT they REALLY did me dirty... told me I needed a rear lite for the cap, when all they had to do was PLUG IN the one there! Cut wires and now I did have to replace...... they screwed up the wiring royally.And also that a leak was going to cost me $5-6,000 to replace with a new intercooler [new GM part online $1200 and not too hard to replace] . HOWEVER, took to another dealer and they tightened the hose clamps, as I had instructed them to do in the first place mind you, and was charged $65.... been perfect for months now! No problem since then. So there you go..... I certainly will never go back and suggest you dont either. Their service dept appears to be clueless and in need of some proper training. Or thought they could take advantage and hustle a woman, thinking I didnt know better.The woman in the service dept. is a know it all and serious liability, she doesnt listen for beans. This all could have been prevented if she had LISTENED and not gone off on a tangent with her own agenda.

Went in for recall on seatbelts no lights on for steering bag and I questioned why light came on got the answer they didnt know why didnt check what service text had done. No dought in my mind they did something to my car.
