I HAD TO LEAVE ONE STAR AS THERE IS NO WAY TO LEAVE LESS. I WOULD LEAVE NEGATIVE 5 STARS IF I COULD. PLEASE UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD ANYONE ORDER FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT!! TERRIBLE SERVICE!! INACCURATE ORDER!! POOR DELIVERY PERSON!! ORDERED A BASKET FOR MY DAUGHTERS 18TH BIRTHDAY AND IT WAS MISSING THE BALLOONS. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP ASKED ME DID I REALLY WANT THEM? HUH? I ORDERED THEM DIDNT I? NO MANAGER WAS AVAILABLE TO HELP WITH MY COMPLAINT IN REAL TIME AND COULD NOT BE REACHED. I PAID TOO MUCH FOR MY ORDER NOT TO BE CORRECT. HOW CAN A PLACE THAT CLAIMS TO SPECIALIZE IN CELEBRATING SPECIAL OCCASIONS CARE SO LITTLE?! NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS AND DEFINITELY NOT THE ONE ON JEFFERSON DAVIS!! AND BTW THEY DID NOT WAIVE THE DELIVERY FEE EVEN THOUGH IT WAS NOT DELIVERED CORRECTLY ON THE DAY I PAID FOR!!

I’m so angry. I paid $45 (wasn’t cheap for a very small box but whatever I was excited) to have a box delivered to my girlfriends family yesterday. They never arrived and it was supposed to be a surprise before I got here. I got here at 2am TODAY and they are nowhere to be found. The number I gave as a contact number never got called and I haven’t received an email back. Don’t waste your money here like I did. I’lol update this review if it gets resolved but until then, I strongly suggest that anyone thinking about ordering from this location doesn’t.

Whom ever owns this establishment is so incompetent its unbelievable you should probably update your website to say that you are actually not open AT All! At this point i hope its not a renovation and they are closed permanently so no one else has to suffer this level of stupidity.

My Strawberry Arrangment Was Very Nasty And Bland, It Didn’t Look Nothing Like The Item ListedOn-Line. I Usually Order In Washington DC, But Unfortunately Was On a Business Trip In Virginia.I Have Never Experienced This Issue And Have Purchase Many Items Before With Edible Arrangements, I Will Never Go Back To This Location

I ordered a product here for someone special 2 days before I seen them . I get there at 9:10 am and they opened at 9am . It was a lady there she didn’t come to the door to explain whatever issue they had . She just ignored me . I have been shopping at edible arrangement for years I think this will be my last . So unsatisfied.

I ordered an arrangement and the recipient was not home. They left a note for the recipient to come pick up. I called and asked their hours and was told the delivery driver would REDELIVER it that night! That is customer service at its best! No questions asked and no extra charge. Thanks so much!

Horrible service. I am speaking on behalf of my daughter. She is deployed and she tried to do something for her Step Father by sending him a gift that was to be delivered on Fathers Day. That did not happen. I tried calling them but no answer and the answering machine seemed like it was broken. Someone called me at 10pm on Fathers Day apologizing and said that they would deliver this morning. It is now 5:30pm and my husband has still not received his gift. This is bad, bad, business! We have never experienced this type of service from Edible Arrangements

I called to ask a few questions about getting an arrangement for my mom for Mother’s day and whoever answered was just rude and had no type of good customer service. I don’t even see how someone with an attitude like that can have a job like this. Don’t go there!

Never got Valentines order and still never received it the next day either! Tried calling multiple times and it you are on hold forever and no one ever answers. I have never ordered from them before and I sure as heck will NEVER order from them again.

Very bad phone service, no patience or attitude,kept referring me to the website over asking if they had pineapples with chocolate, was going to order, but her attitude just Sucked

Got chocolate covered strawberries and when you bit into them they were moldy. Spoke to a manager was told I was supposed to eat them within a hour of purchase. I put in fridge and tried to eat then that same afternoon. Gross. Never going back.

Ordered on Valentines Day and paid extra and all that and no call no show.....I will NOT deal with this store again! I am NOT a happy customer. As much as this costs it should be delivered as promised.
