The same was very misleading. Advertising $4 to fill up a 12oz cup. Never stated there was a limit of 1 cup. So when we get to the register, our total was almost $20. Had we have known we were paying like $12 Extra, we would not have gone. Be more specific when advertising a sale. Wont be back any time soon.

This group of ours was offered a bribe of Sweet Frog for participating willingly in an event. It took a while but we finally got all of them together yesterday. There were so many of them and so many choices that it was hard to keep track of what they got but it was all thoroughly enjoyed! Sweet Frog has an excellent concept but I think they need to move back towards labeling the toppings because it was hard to tell what was what in some cases. Also, double check signage. It was open 12-5pm, not 5pm-12pm. Thats a long day.

My 4 year old granddaughter and I went for her favorite ice cream and everything was good and the dining area was nice and clean. We had a great time there!

Great as always. Even though they took away my favorite bandanna flavor and replaced it with egg noggin for the holidays. We go every week. Its an after gymnastics family tradition. But it was 28 degrees tonight when we left. Think its time to switch to hot chocolate until Spring.

Its a franchise frozen yogurt place. Their prices are pretty decent. Youre charged by the weight of what you purchase. This location has a cool staff and its never really crowded from my experiences when Ive been.

Best frozen yogurt around. They occasionally have ices. Flavors change regularly but I always find a treat combination, last visit was mint and chocolate. They have a large selection of toppings if you like. You pay by the ounce and the price is right.

Not a huge variety like it use to be

A variety of great flavors. Laid back relaxing atmosphere. Love taking my wife and daughter here. Healthier alternative to ice cream unless of course you load up on toppings lol.

Fresh frozen yogurt with great flavor variety. Toppings are myriad and very fresh. Staff was courteous and provided a 10% military discount. Excellent choice for dessert.

I loved the many choices of non-dairy frozen desserts for anyone who cannot find great non-dairy frozen desserts while out shopping.

I went to get the, buy one get one free, yogurt on Feb. 6 2017 and was told that this deal only applies to customers that are in the loyalty program. I would have to inter my number to see if l would get deal. I am not in the program and could not get the deal. The frozen yogurt was very good, but I had to pay full price. Looks like a bat and swith scheme to me.

Good flavors but they are way too expensive. Half of the time the kids never eat it all. Customer service was at an all time low. Nothing makes you feel welcomed.

The employees were very nice. Obviously the place is under new ownership. But for 6 small cups of yogurt where everyone went fairly conservative with regards to size, it was $30. Its just too much compared to what you can get elsewhere.

Not bad. Sweet Frogs, in general, have friendly staff and this one was no different. I went during a down time (winter, and early in the day), so I was their only customer. I got a $1 coupon after my purchase was complete, but theres another location closer to home. Im not the biggest fan of frozen yogurt, but their selection of toppings makes up for it (and then some).

Kids loved it! They love the toppings and of course the soft serve frozen yogurt. Pay by weight, so you can go for broke or be conservative...my daughter went all out. It was worth it!!

I absolutely love them, theyre clean and super friendly, I put the wrong topping on my yogurt asked If I could switch it and the Manager brought me out a whole cup of what I wanted. They r very clean I sat in the parking lot talking to a friend and literally watched them wipe down the garbage cans and outside seats theyre awesome. Im guessing shes the manager but after they cleaned the place spic and span for over an hour all the workers came out and were hugging the same lady who brought me the whole cup of cake it literally brought tears to my eyes I wanted to go and hug too, I really love the Chester location, if they continue to operate that way they will continental to be blessed.

We enjoy this place. The personal are always very friendly and the store is very clean.

They dont have a lot of options like they used to have but, the frozen yogurt still taste great and the prices are cheap.

Its okay. It ends up costing a lot. They didnt have a good variety of berries for topping when I went after Christmas. The guy working there was not the friendliest and his accent was not the easiest to understand. I misheard how much he said I owed. The customer after me also asked him how much after he said it once.

The New York Cheesecake with Strawberry yogurt is soooooo good! The staff is always courteous and welcoming. The yogurt is great and the toppings are plentiful!

If I could give no stars I would!! The one off Ironbridge road is the one Im rating. The staff are extremely rude, anytime sweet frog runs a special and you go they never honor it!! They also give you an issue using military. Tonight I even called before going and they said they were participating in the special I called about got here went to check out and again they say theyre not doing it. Im done with sweet frog and wont be going back. For the prices they now charge I can go somewhere a lot better!!

Yogurt was good. Had to sit outside due to the store AC being out of service.

Arrived less than an hour after the opened. The place was a mess, the floor and tables filthy. The toppings were old and mostly empty. The bathrooms were a mess. Looked like they had a rave before opening.

Website says open til 10pm on Saturday. Went at 930pm and they were closed.

Was was called a photobomb after walking in the door for apperently interrupting the staff member trying to take pictures of her friends. Staff seemed more interested entertaining her friends than doing her job.

If I could, I would be giving this location zero stars. Before my visit to this sweetfrog, I called about a promation that the company was running, pokemon go discounts, when I arrived I stood in line for almost ten minutes as the lady running the register was unable to complete a transaction. That is besides the point, my review is on the fact when I finally was able to purchas my yogart I showed the lady my screen showing that I was on level 17 of the game (which would be50% off). The lady told me that they were not participating and faught me on the fact that I called before hand and the guy in the back told me other wise. Finally she said she would give us 10%. I settled for that. Once I walked outside and looked at the recipt, she never did not give me the 10%. This is NOT the first time this location has done something like this. I will NOT be goig back to this location ever again. They were so rude and unprofessional, no company should treat there customers in such away.
