Clean, friendly staff, decent prices. Black cherry and mint chocolate chip ice cream was good. Pistachio Gelato did not taste like pistachio, and instead of Gelato consistency, it was like old freezer burned cheap ice cream.

While the ice cream was tasty I honestly thought I was being pranked when the gal took what looks like a 1 Tablespoon scoop to get me my $7 banana split .NO JOKE 3 Tablespoons of ice cream a small skinny banana and a bit of toppings .I wanted to warn every person coming in about this rip off !They should be ashamed.

Came here recently while I was on a trip, and the selection of flavors is fantastic and the staff are very friendly. I also really enjoyed the fun and colorful design of the parlor and the cute train that goes around. They had some neat flavors you dont see often.

Dog days is our favorite ice cream parlor. They have an amazing selection of reasonably priced, premium ice cream and gelato & the staff is so friendly. Dog days offers a lot of other delicious treats from sundaes to shakes to floats. Definitely stop in if you’re in the area, you won’t regret it.

My husband and I decided to take a road trip. 2.5 hours later we ended up here and had the best ice cream Ive had in a long time. The price was very reasonable, the staff was super friendly and the atmosphere was quaint and cozy. We are already planning our next trip to Dog Days Ice Cream Parlor.

Its ice cream with a 50s feel. The ice cream is average and the music was nothing out of the ordinary. If I were them there would be two changes to consider: expand your music and have one or two unique flavors. There were more musicians in the 50s than just Elvis and the Beatles.

This is a wonderful little place for ice cream. They keep the temperature of it just right. And there are some Chocolate Shoppe ice cream up from Wisconsin here. Possibly even better than DQ and Culvers.
