They should change their name to bait and switch. Awful experience. Needed a mounted wheel swap to my work truck. I was told on the phone that they would be happy to accommodate. I took it to them and I had a service advisor tell me that policy dictates they couldn’t swap it over since they didn’t carry that Brandon of tire and it was too old. None of these “policies were mentioned on the phone. He did offer to sell me a new tire to replace my perfectly good tire. I told him I wasn’t interested. The policy seems to scam people out of money. Not provide quality service. Do not use this company! I will never be back.

These folks are really good. They hustle, they have great prices, and they will fit you in regardless of the schedule. I am very impressed.

The employees are nice and did a wonderful job checking out my tire that went flat over the weekend. It did take 2 hours, but I was told it would take a while. I would recommend making an appointment to make the process faster.

These guys work very hard and do an excellent job EVERY time! It was a wonderful surprise to find out that I did not owe them a dime to fix my flat tire. I just acquired the car recently and it already had new tires on it, so I expected to pay for the flat since I didnt buy the tires there and I didnt have to! I highly recommend this business, as few in Cheyenne have this kind of ethic and quality of work.

Been a customer here for a few years when in and around Cheyenne and recommend the location often to aquantices.Had a few things go wrong during the time there today. Was unsatisfied as a custmer. The Manager (Dalton) came out and made it right and took time with me as a customer. His caring and extra effort and understanding truly made things better. Have to also acknowledge the positive hard work of all of the employees there. All very hard working and never just standing around.

They lost one of my lug nuts and it didnt tell me about it tell i looked at my wheels myself and noticed it missing when I got home. Then told me i was already missing when they got it with is a lie. If i was missing why didnt you tell me before i took my vehicle.

Quick replacement of all my tires, i was there to observe with the process...I asked the guys to pump air on my spare tires twice, and they didnt do it..must be a tiring day....get it?

Too long of wait times. 3+ hours and they cant get balancing done on two tires. Decided to pick them up and take them else where and they ripped up the ticket saying to go pound sand. Order at least 4 sets of tires a year from here. Customer service is what is sending me to a different shop from now on.

The BEST company. I have use them in New Mexico, Colorado, and now Wyoming. Their customer service is unmatched and level of service and help is literally the best! After driving through a crash (I assume, not sure) I had punctured 3 of my 4 tires. I made several phone calls to get just the tires that I wanted but wasnt having any luck. I called Discount tire and Christian said they could get what I wanted in 3-5 days. As it turned out their computer system was incorrect (something Id anticipated considering these tires werent available from anywhere local or on the net). Christian hours searching for the best option to get me exactly what I wanted but came up empty. I finally found different wheels (again finding that their computer was less than up to date on wheel fitment) that I could get the exact tire I wanted and they had that tire in stock. I ordered the new wheels and when they arrived I was able to pick up the tires from the store (I have access to a tire machine through my work) and explained what I was going to do and what Id found. I initially tried to go to another tire shop in town because I had a nail in my tire on a Sunday and I was scheduled to travel the following day. My experience with the other unnamed tire shop included an incorrect estimate on timeframe which caused a huge inconvenience due to traveling, then they ordered the wrong tire, and finally they were going to need me to come back to the shop to order the right tire... ain’t nobody got for time for that!Discount Tire makes the process so easy and they are always a pleasure to do business with! Got a nail in my tire, took it in for repair. The staff were kind and fast! I was in and out! Since we bought our tires there they are covered and it didnt cost me anything today! I love that the staff is friendly and they dont try to sell you what you dont need!

Great fast service got right in maybe about a 30min wait time

The employees here were VERY polite. I came VERY early in the morning to have my tires rotated and balanced. They technically werent open when they came to talk to me in my truck. They also had 4 people hop on the task at hand and performed the work I requested. From the time of my first interaction till the time I was on my way was 15 minutes. But I was also the ONLY customer at that time.I have been buying my tires here from the time they opened this location. And as of current, I think youll be hard pressed to find a better tire shop. Price, selection, and polite....they check ALL the boxes for me!!!

Had a good visit here. They had to close for a couple of days due to an emergency Covid cleaning but got me in as soon as they re opened the store. I drive 3 hours one way just to go to this location because they are professional and very nice. Very happy with my purchase. I have a Dodge Ram 3500 dually so need six tires. They ordered them and quickly received them for me.

Allways take care of me every time

Went in to Discount Tire 7/16/2020 to have them look at a slow leak in our truck tire. They found a nail took care of it in short order. The thing that really impressed me was the fact they dont just impact the lug nuts back on, they use the impact to get them snug and then finish with a torque wrench. Then they also checked the torque on all the other wheels. Nice folks, high attention to detail and quality service! I took our Honda there 7 months ago to get new shoes put on her and they were rock stars then too.

Brought my car in to get flat fixed. Went to get haircut. Came back car still in bay and they reported they couldnt fix the tire and explained the spare was not suitable to put on car. Haha its not the original spare. So they didnt even look but rather put me in a position to buy new. Shame on you discount tire. Your laziness has opportuned an announcement of shame. Two stars because the young man who was thrown into it was nice.

I made an appointment the day before I went into the shop. The next morning I was checked in and was told since I had made an appointment I was next in line. Turns out I was not. The first car pulled in. I thought maybe I will be the next car. The mechanic said please pull up you are next, I started to pull up and the car next to me which came in at least 10 minutes after me pulled right in. The guy had no clue the car cut in front of me. I was so disappointed as he just took him in. I just left. I will never buy my tires at Discount Tire ever again.

Have moved all our tire services over to this center as they have done such a great job for us in this time of craziness as well as last summer (2019) replacing a tire quickly when needed.

Most affordable place in town!

This location consistently strives to super achieve for their customers. I was in today for a warranty repair. Great communication. Great customer respect. Work was done professionally and correct. Also, the work was done on time as promised. I bought the tire warranty originally with my tire purchase. An investment worth its weight. This is my 3rd tire issue in Cheyenne with nails and screws in the road. They always repair or replace no questions asked. A great team!

Customer service was friendly but apparently the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing. My wife on a trip from Scottsbluff to Fort Collins needed a new tire. We called around 3pm and were told that we would get right in. We were on our way for a volleyball tryout that started at 5. So we show up at 4pm and were told it won’t be too long. We didn’t get in until 6pm and the girls missed their tryout. Not very happy. If we would have been told that we would have figured something else out. But we were affirmed on 2 phone calls and when we got there that it wouldn’t take very long. For future customers not very long is around 2-2:30 hours.

**Best Customer Service** Went to Discount Tire for their good prices. I traveled 154 miles one way. I purchased new rims, TPMS, and tires. I have a new 2020 Toyota Highlander. There was an issue getting the new TPMS to calibrate to my vehicle. I worked with the Store Manager in Cheyenne, Derek Malin, regarding the issue. He provided the kind of customer care every business today promises, but fails to deliver. Thank you Derek Malin for working on my vehicle TPMS issue until it was resolved.

We have had nothing but superior customer service at this location! We had a blow out that kept us in Cheyenne an extra day and Christian went above and beyond providing us with swift solution to get us back home and a connection in our home town for further assistance. He also provided us with far beyond his expectations assisting us in everything we asked him about. Any time we have come here we have experienced nothing but excellence.

Quick and courteous service, reasonably priced tires. I had to order my tires they arrived in one day, the shop called me when they were in and I spent less than an hour there getting 4 tires installed. They dont do alignments here but did offer me a coupon for a shop nearby that does.

Steven helped me from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, polite, courteous and just plain friendly. He didnt pressure me, he explained the differences in the different tires I was asking about. Went in wondering if a tire was wearing unevenly; they were honest and said it was fine. Have bought large numbers of Tires from Discount in Fort Collins and Cheyenne over the last 40 years. They have always treated me fairly.

Was turning out to be a bad day until Discount Tire turned it around. Drove 2 hours to an appointment. After leaving the appointment @4:20 p.m. noticed a shudder when turning right. Thought I might have a tread separation I headed straight to Discount Tire. walked down the street to get something to eat. As we were finishing up the phone rang. Discount Tire had called to let me know I was missing 2 studs and had 3 loose lugs. I asked if they could make the repairs and he relied no. I explained that we were 2 hours from home and had to work in the morning. He asked me to hold and contacted a shop to make the repairs. Discount did not charge me for anything and got me going. We went to the shop and were on the road home by 6:15. I have never had Discount Tire disappoint! Wonderful to see that Bruce Halles legacy of commitment to great customer service lives on. Makes me proud to say I worked for this company in the 80s!
