Unfortunately, we didnt have a good experience with Carpet exchange (Cheyenne store). We had to take PTO to stay at home and wait for them, however, they didnt respect the schedule (twice). They called us on the day of installation to tell us they would not come. If that was the only problem I would have given more stars. However, the installation guys Carpet Exchange sent to our house, simply destroyed our newly painted walls (see pics of some spots), really unprofessional! Not considering the installer lost his temper, yelled at me, and left without finishing the job when I pointed out the scratches on the wall. When we went to the store to tell them about our issue, the floor salesperson told us some of their installers dont do a good job and they usually send them to the older houses. A reputable organization needs to expect its service providers to demonstrate respect for every home regardless of age or condition. We would not recommend their services!

New in town and need carpet I will be using this place when we get our home built the men in this place were AMAZING helpful and so polite. We got what we needed for our truck and loved it the service and the gentlemen working here. Thank you sooooo much

Carpet Exchange did a fantastic job start to finish with carpet replacement in my basement. They were quick to follow up to my online request for an appointment, measured accurately, and installed quickly. Their prices were reasonable, and their installation team was awesome--the installation team worked efficiently and quickly, and even worked around a refrigerator that I could not move out of the area. I highly recommend Carpet Exchange for carpeting and flooring projects in Cheyenne.

I was surprised. Im looking at new flooring and was thinking I was going to go with Lowes or Home Depot because of the amount of choices and I want to shop local not just get something online which I think defents the purpose of the stimulus money cause it does nothing for the local economy. But DAMN I just looked at the flooring at carpet exchange now Im measuring cause they have a great selection and its here in Cheyenne so my money stays local and not to Amazon or someplace

We received great pricing and assistance from Carpet Exchange in the past and recently have been visiting them to redo our kitchen counters. I remain very impressed with their service. Additionally, Chris has been very helpful in our selection process. I highly recommend this business.

Despite a minor clutch in communication, they came in with the lowest bid and was able to get the job done the soonest. They had the job done in just a few hours and it looks great. Thank you for the speedy service to fix our carpet before my wife comes home next week.

The manager of the store, Donna, was excellent. The subcontracted installers out of Greeley did a great job with the carpet and linoleum; however, they left dirty smudges all over most of the freshly painted doors. They were also paid to move the washer and dryer, but they did not move them back. Donna did reimburse me for cleaning the doors and moving the washer and dryer myself.

I have had carpet and flooring put in my house and am very happy. They did a great job. I worked with Donna and Andrew they were very friendly and did a great job.

These guys did great! Carpet looks amazing I cant believe they did it in one day. Noe & Jaime did an amazing install very impressed! They were done in 6 hours for 2 stair cases and 3 bedrooms. Looks absolutely amazing.

Very unprofessional. Called me once to reschedule. On the new installation date we were told they would arrive between 8:30 and 9:00. I called around 10:00 as no one had shown up. I was informed they were running late and would be at the house in the afternoon. At 1:30 I called again and was told they had picked up the materials and should be there. Called again at 2:30 and was told they would try to find out where the installation crew was. Finally showed up at 2:40 and told us they could not do the job until the next day. They finally decided they could do one bedroom. The next day I could not be available. No one from the office bothered to reach out to us with explanations as to why they did not show up as scheduled. When we next decide to replace the rest of the carpet well look elsewhere. Not recommended.

Far and away the best place to buy granite countertops in Cheyenne. Christine and Jim are extemely easy to work with. I got ridiculous quotes from other local places, carpet exchange came in at almost half the price.

The guys that showed up were very professional and polite. They got the carpet for 3 rooms installed very quickly. Great experience with these guys. I will definitely use them again in the future.

I was upset with the installers and the GM of Carpet Exchange called me. A person ranked so high on the ladder took his time to call me and address my concerns. Im a firm believer in good customer service and to me this was a top notch move on this companies behalf. The GM is making things right and I will absolutely do business with them again. I wasnt very hopeful in finding anything but the team here proved me wrong!They were so friendly and informative with what products would work the best within our budget for our apartments, they were very accommodating to our needs and the staff that came to do the estimates and instillation were very professional and friendly!This is the only establishment I will be working with for our projects here at our apartment complex!I highly recommend them!

We had to replace our carpet after the hail storm due to having glass shards in it. Of course our carpet was discontinued, but the Carpet Exchange folks worked really hard to find a near perfect match.The installation was great and it looks fantastic! Thanks to the team!

As a first time home buyer, of a fixer upper, trying to get everything renovated and livable has been a complete nightmare, except with the flooring. The customer service at Carpet Exchange was exemplary! They made it really easy and comfortable for someone who is inexperienced with the process of renovating a home. The salesperson I dealt with was just a pleasure, Chris I think, and made it a enjoyable experience. The installation itself was truly top notch and far exceeded my expectations. I seriously cannot recommend these guys enough! All other carpet stores, be Carpet Exchange or be nothing!!!

They may sell a good product, but they have a tendency to misplace paperwork related to billing. We were selling our house and agreed to pay the first $2k towards carpet, and Carpet Exchange was supposed to send a bill to the buyer for anything over that cost once the job was complete. I paid the $2k up front and then moved away knowing that my part was done.One month later, I notice that there is a charge on my credit card for the remaining amount! I called them and apparently they had marked the account as overdue and just assumed they could charge my card without my permission instead of contacting the correct person. I ended up having to call the buyer myself and asking him to go in and pay the bill. I am now waiting for them to undo the charge to my card; they never should have charged my card in the first place.

Terrible Experience! Once the product had arrived the first installer took almost a month to get the floor almost installed. That was when we discovered the floor had been installed incorrectly. After many calls and spent time they finally sent a second installer who only came through and did spot fixes. After a 3 1/2 month process they determined that they couldnt help me anymore. Through out the process the customer service was also horrible. Very difficult to contact and get any response from. It was if my project, which was fairly large, did not matter to them at all. I tell anyone I know in the area doing flooring projects to stay as far away from this place as possible.
