Literally the worst I’ve seen I’d like to give zeroStars if possible. There’s always a long wait rather in the drive through or in the store. Then they have the audacity of having a attitude when you call them out on there slow service. What’s the purpose of a drive up window if u have to sit at the window for 45 minutes.

Having shopped at numerous CVS stores throughoutIndiana ..& Illinois ...I have come to the conclusion that the CVS store located in Chicago Heights Illinoisdeserves a 5 star rating for service and professionalism.The pharmacy always has my medication in stock ..and the pharmacist Mike& other staff who work there have gone out of their way tofill my prescriptions in a timely manner with no hassles.Thank-You CVS Staff for providing suchgreat service ..you are appreciated!God Bless each of You and Happy New Year! 😊❤️🙏

The only reason I give two stars is because they do have a few very friendly ladies at the window otherwise Id give it 1 star. I texted in me refill for my blood pressure medicine on a Friday and they filled all my other meds which I didnt need any of those and messaged me I couldnt fill that medication until the end of April, then on Sunday they text me to see if I want to fill my medication I was trying to fill two days before. I even tried to call but was waiting 30 minutes before I decided to just hang up and do it through text, this isnt the first time theyve done this and its growing tiresome, I call and ask for meds to be refilled and they say it will be ready by noon and I try to wait for the text stating theyre ready by the next day I go up there and they say that theyre not filled or on the fill list. This location is by far the most unorganized, unprofessional pharmacy I have ever been to. Really needs work at this location because many of my medications I cant run out of and as someone without a vehicle and on a fixed income I cant keep avoiding rides for their mishaps and I certainly cant go a day without my medications, it would be devastating. Get yourself together CVS, my life as well as many count on you to be professional.

Drive through lines are Long the lines inside the store are long... Calling in takes 25mins or more to actually get someone on the phone IF they pick up the phone

Definitely was Infront of the door at 8:57pm the lady just looked at me and I had my child with me in my arms. the doors were closed. It says close at 9. Come on now.

If I can give the place a zero I would, the pharmacy staff is the worst, the customer service is terrible and Kara or Karen the pharmacist there is very rude and shouldn’t work with customer with her attitude.

Unprofessional lazy folks in here. The closing time says 10pm its 9:30 pm and they already closing the registers down and refusing service ! What kinda store is this? Ive never heard such non sense in my life.
