I went there and bought a chain and cross. I looked at it tried it on .But then they took it to put it .In a box. When i got home. They had removed the clasp and replaced it. With a broken silver clasp. I suggest no one. Buy anything from there they are crooks.

Id give it zero stars if possible. This place is the biggest ripoff ever. They should be closed down. Went with my son to attempt to sell a gaming station in efforts of upgrading to another. They started quoting before seeing it or knowing the brand. I dont know the guys name but he is of Hispanic origin. He is as rude as rude gets and should not be allowed to work with the public at all. Thank God Im saved!!!

Ive always pawned with cash America, since before being cash America, but Ive always used the same one in Washington state. I moved here a little while ago, was in a bind and looked them up. The lady was nice (seemed to be more interested in what they were ordering for lunch but nice) I agree with the other reviews they do low ball you and run more like a retail store since becoming cash America. I pawned the same exact things Ive always pawned, and was given $150 less then I always get with absolutely no wiggle room, being I was in a bind (or I wouldnt be pawning) i needed what I could get, and they work off that! A brand new laptop (theyre selling for $349) an Xbox 4 controllers 10 games a connect and a few other accessories total I got $100

Been shopping here for about 4years always had good deals and service. Nowadays they think they are a retail store, offering low money for your pawned items, but not dealing when you want to buy something. Somthing on the shelves for 4 weeks same price not $1.00 off, better off at Home Depot . The fact that they lost a customer has zero impact on the I know but thought others should not waste their time
