The customer service here is amazing. They even send out personal thank you cards---now who does that anymore? Its a really nice touch. Maria was able to fix one of my favorite watches that another place couldnt do. If I didnt live so far away from this place, I would give them my business more often. They do all kinds of beautiful custom jewelry. Definitely a thumbs up on this one!

I went there to get my daughter’s id Bracelet fixed. I had to get gold added on, but her bracelet was rolled out instead of adding gold that I paid for (told by another jewelry store). Plus the id plate is now flimsy and bendable, I paid for extra gold to be added, but instead the plate was stretched. Customer service was nice, but I was cheated.

Ray and Maria are very professional and accommodating to meeting your jewelry needs. I had a childhood ring fixed and they were more than helpful. I highly recommend My Jewelry Store.
