The online rental process was convenient and very easy to complete. Not long after I completed the process, I received a phone call from the facility welcoming me and ready to answer any questions. My unit was ready for me upon my arrival. It was clean and the lock was inside for my immediate use. So far, I am pleased with the experience and look forward to meeting my storage needs at Extra Space Storage.

Jasmine was extremely helpful and personable! Walked us through all of the steps and everything needed. We got there 10 min before closing and she was still joyful and will to answer all of the questions we had.

Steve and Orrisa have excellent customer service skills. They walked me through the whole process of renting a large storage space. I’ve had something in storage here for almost ten years. The environment is extremely clean, especially the units. Again Steve and especially Orissa were extremely helpful and did everything possible to save me some money. I highly recommend this location! I was in search of a storage space but was having difficulty deciding which size I needed. So, I called and spoke with the Store Manager, Steve Bernard. I explained my situation and he was more than happy to show me around.When I arrived, the place was extremely clean, modern and organized. Steve was pleasant, accommodating and answered all of my questions. I didn’t feel pressured to purchase (which is big for me), but was grateful for the information he offered in case I do decide to go with this location. He even answered a call from a pushy customer as we walked and he was just as pleasant, patient and accommodating as he was with me.All in all, I rate this place a 5 for anyone looking to rent in this area. Steve was great has great and very professional he showed the unit I reserved as well as other options. Steve was very detailed in explaining the contract and what is covered most importantly explain the option of getting insurance on the unit if needed. Steve stayed in communication with me not being aggressive with getting a unit. However Im very satisfied with my choice. Extra Space Storage is a clean storage facility. The manager is a mark of excellence. He is Professional, Courteous, and will answer all your questions anytime.

Customer service was very helpful to my boyfriend when we arrived. But if you giving a month free then that means you pay no money. But we had to pay $34.00. To start the storage. They are to high on there prices $102 a month is way to much for a 5x7.

Highly recommend this place. The location on Lincoln Highway, in Chicago Heights is the one I went to & they were extremely nice, professional and helpful.Also, they are affordable. I got my first month free - all I had to do was pay a ONE TIME Fee of $25 (Original 60$/Month) Which still isn’t bad. I recommend this place for everyone.

Customer service is very good but they fail to mention one main important fact that EVERYONE LIKES, and that is to save. If you rent their unit online its like $28 for the smallest two, a lovely price. But if you just walk into the facility like myself at last minute and dont check them out online first you will pay $66+ for the smallest unit. Excellent service would of informed you of online rates being cheaper instead I was Informed to spend 3times the amount I could of saved. Customer service there can be nice but whats not so nice is having to walk up a ramp to the second floor then have to take an elevator to the 3rd floor. Thats a headache when I have 2 elevators but cant use the to get straight from 1st floor to 3rd.
