I had such a bad experience now that its online. Dont waste your money here anymore! I bought a dining table, and its still in the box because the colors werent as they were on the photos, and they wont allow returns. I wish I would have seen this review below before I purchased

Pier 1 changed its return policy in Jan 2021 to 30 day returns and the store is absolutely inflexible on extending a grace period - even for 1 day. DO NOT SHOP HERE ANYMORE. This is not the Pier1 of times past.

This used to be my go to store for home decor. The new online only version is not the same. Customer service is horrible, please take my word and don’t waste your time and money.

I had an excellent experience at Pier 1! They have so many beautiful things to look at. The employees must take art/decorating classes in order to work there.All employees were extremely helpful and courteous. I cant wait to go back again. This store is NOT closing.

I am addicted. Pricey but beautiful home decor. Pleasant helpful staff..many furniture items in a catalog. It is a happy place..even if I do not buy anything. Stunning canvas wall pictures mirrors..vases..flowers..pillows..breathes..candles..pillows..lamps to die for.

Pier 1 is no longer in this location! Its a Ascend by Midway Dispensary now.

I really like Pier 1! There are so many beautiful items to see and imagine in my own home! I can almost always find unique gifts for people, too.

One of the ladies there was too snotty to help me. Both on the floor and at check out. Otherwise its nice. Expensive but nice.

Prices are high. Staff is nice.

I love Pier 1 stores but they are pricey. I wait until the last few weeks of a season, then there are bargains of items that are left. Good deals can be had, for sure.

Chicago ridge illinois store open to 7:00 pm but at 6:32 pm was turned away told they were closing. I guess they don’t really wish to sell the merchandise that’s left. Disappointing.

This location has a lot of merchandise like pillows, lamps, dinnerware, tables and chsirs at reduced prices.

Very disappointing that I was not able to use my merchandise credit card to make a purchase, as the store is closing going out of businesses

Its so sad that the company closing their stores nation wide .

Great place, staffs always down to help you out. Spends time with there customers. And even helped me bring my items to my truck.

Pretty little store but the prices are ridiculously high.

Typical Pier 1, you love it or hate it. I typically shop here when I need some specialty or unusual item, or for a requested gift. Always clean, rarely busy. Employees often ignore customers.
