Workers were very helpful went in to return and not buy anything but some how came out with a wax warmer, room spray freshener, car freshener and a candle.. I don’t regret any of it!!
Was not greeted or acknowledged at all in any way and I was there for a while. I was the one that had to ask them about the sales. When at checkout, the cashier literally didn’t talk to me at all. This was on Wednesday, Jan 20th around 4pm
My husband and I walked in here today looking to buy a new candle and were not greeted or acknowledged at all. We browsed the store for a couple minutes, still without receiving any type of customer service. Then, some more customers walked in and the cashier actually stepped from behind the counter, greeted them enthusiastically, and explained the sales and deals they had going on that day. I immediately put back the candles I was going to purchase because of that discrepancy in care/service. This was obviously a racial thing. I will not be returning or spending any of my money at this Yankee Candle.
