My extraordinary 12 year old girl had never been inside a Hot Topic store, and when she tracked down an exceptional rucksack for school and realizes shell be the discussion of her school; I understood where her stipend will be spent from this point forward. Went in there with a drink. Was never notified by the employee in the front I couldnt walk around with drinks in the store. Found this rule out by the time I went all the way to back by another employee. Made me feel awkward.

Staff was very helpful. Not a large section for men clothes.

They no longer carry those Tripp NYC elephant leg pants and I cant believe it. The 90s were only 19 years ago and Im in need of rave gear. Hot Topic used to be the spot for me and my raver friends. And where did all those Happy Bunny shirts go? They were hilarious.

Whenever I go to this location I always get greeted by the most awesome people working there. Yeah its small and sorta crowded but the workers there make your shopping experience an amazing one to have and never want to leave. Plus the wide selection of music is one that I am accustomed to and always has me dancing in there. Good job Hot Topic.

They ran out of stock of the items I was looking for, for Christmas gifts. So, DYLAN, the awesome guy that works there, looked in the computer to see who had them, & called that place for me to have them held for me. Now, what makes DYLAN so awesome was that I had accidentally left my phone at home & therefore had no GPS, & no idea how to get there. He pulled up maps on his phone, & let me sit there with a pen & paper to write down directions while he continued to wait on customers! Above & beyond people, above & beyond!!!

Meh. Hot Topic has fell victim to pop culture. Selling t-shirts and merchandise pandering to the new age. It use to be strictly punk and metal band merch but they since widened the net while casting out a majority of its old essence. Its no longer for my generation or era. Its mainstream. Point blank period

Its a quite unique store that I went to for a birthday gift for my teen. They have items from console games, shows on adult swim, and grunge & 90s metal bands (Nirvana, Slayer). The staff is quite helpful.

They are supposed to offer the chase to the first person in line and they didn’t when I was outside for 30 min and the person behind me got there 3 min before they opened and they gave it to him. They need to follow the policies and not have items behind the counter waiting for people they know. Not fair.

My siblings love this place. They have cool shirts and things. The online portal is great and gives good coupons!

The staff is always eager to help they have a wide selection of The inventory available in store And this specific location has a lot of sales and deals going on aside from other hot topics in order to promote upsale

Overall really cool store, been coming here for years. Glad theres a place that sells more than just the typical fashion trends of malls.

Theres plenty of cool things to buy there and all but the prices for the items are out of my range. I mean $22 dollars for a single shirt? I think thats a bit much

Manager on staff looked hung over. You can tell she did not have a hold on the staff, especially because of the foul language they were all using. I wouldn’t let my kids be in there unsupervised.

This is one of my favorite stores. Always has cool tv/movie related tshirts and clothes. All kinds of collectable items. The staff is very helpful if you cant find your size.

Hot Topic has been around forever. Ive been going to this location since I was a teenager. Friendly staff. Great products!

Hot Topic has mixed quality clothing and accessories for the same kind of prices. You may find a great pair of pants for $15 or a paper thin T-shirt for $40. They have what can be called Alternative clothing, body jewelry, accessories and more. Even in my 30s I stop in to see what they have. Found a cute top of Cher made up like Jem from Jem and the Holograms.

Took my granddaughter to buy her some van gym shoes she found the pair and she was very happy

Love the staff but I always spend too much!

Everything was easy to find and the staff was very helpful when it came to my concerns.

This store is very crowded, but they have a good selection of many different products and memorabilia. Just try to go on a weekday because otherwise you wont get to browse due to being packed in there with so many other people and limited space.

Just had to wait a half an hour for associate to do a exchange. He didn’t know what negative meant on the screen and proceed to say that I owed him money when in actuality he owed me. He then proceed to make me wait while he rang out everyone else in order to get the “correct information”...is it really that hard to decipher a negative sign next to the dollar amount on the screen?? I was late for work...gurr 😡

BEST EMO STORE FOR MY EMO SELF

They always have an array of products you wont find anywhere else. From band, tv show, movie merch. Plenty of graphic tshirts,jewelry,socks, hats, cosplay etc. The staff seem nice, its a different setting. A little small but it works.

This is probably my favorite of the few Hot Topic locations Ive been to in the Chicago area. Its fairly large, well organized, has a good selection, and the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about products and promotions.
