I had the best experience with this location! Every single person was incredibly professional and kind. I have 0 idea about anything to do with insurance claims, cars, etc. but I never felt lost with this team! I would recommend this company to any friend of mine.

I have a vacation coming. With short notice, the shop went beyond and got the paint job done night before my leaving. And the job was nicely done. It is very convenient that they also help me to deal with getting the rental and return. It is my second time to come to this place. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to get the paint job done.

Absolutely would recommend. I took my car into Euro Collision on LP to fix a pretty large scratch on my passenger side door. Im a relatively new car owner and wasnt sure what to expect. Everyone was so pleasant, helpful and patient. My car was fixed right on time, looked flawless and was very well cleaned which was an awesome touch! I would absolutely come back (though I hope I wont have to).

I dont write many reviews, but I really have to praise the professional and high quality service I received at Euro Collision. Ive been fortunate as I have not needed a body shop/collision center for nearly ten years. Sadly, my past experiences at other shops were really not pleasant. That has totally changed now!My 2019 Jeep Cherokee sustained body and suspension damage. Josh, the ladies at the front desk and Joshs associate (whos name escapes me at the moment) were always professional and friendly from my first phone call to the completion of the work. I received regular calls and texts throughout the repairs. They handled EVERYTHING - all insurance documentation, etc and completed the repairs ahead of schedule.The vehicle looked new again when I picked it up. Even the interior! I returned the next day for a quick tweak of one of the repairs and they even washed the Jeep again!Again, thank you Josh and All at Euro Collision - you are all a class act that does fantastic work! Of course I dont want to return to a body shop... But if I need to, Im already less stressed as I know exactly where to go. Thank you all!

To say that I LOVE these people and this place would be an understatement. Euro collision repaired side-swipe damage incurred on the passenger side of my 2008 W211 E350 4matic at a hotel parking lot. I expressed concern to them given its a low milage impeccably maintained older Mercedes and they assured me they would match the silver paint. They did. They also were kind and friendly and updated me regularly on the status of repairs and it was completed in within their ETA. I HIGHLY recommend them.

Im usually intimidated by car shops and worried theyll try to take advantage of my lack of car knowledge, but this place made me fee comfortable and explained every step to me. I got regular text updates and my car was ready on time and in much less time than I thought. I HIGHLY recommend Euro Collision.

We didnt end up getting our vehicle repaired because the insurance company totaled it, but if we could have, we would have done it here. Alex went above and beyond to explain the damage and and the estimate and what to expect if we decided to rebuild the salvaged title. It was a tough call, but this place did everything they could to help us out. Next time we need body work, will definitely bring it here.

I got hit on the interstate by a drunk/texting driver. I took my truck to Eurocollision after reading all the great reviews. It only took them about 4 days to repair, and when i got my truck back, the paint and body work was awesome! But i got down to the end of the road and my check engine light came on -_- i had picked up my truck just before close, so i left a voicemail with my estimator and emailed the owner. Despite being 30mins after hours, the owner called me back immediately and offered to have my drop the truck back off right then. I was already home so i declined but brought it in first thing the next morning. One of techs checked everything out, the check engine light came on due to a sensor fault when they removed my bumper for painting. They got everything corrected immediately and had me back on the road quickly. Mistakes happen, its how you handle them that is important, and Eurocollision did an excellent job correcting the issue and making sure i was satisfied with their work. Definitely will come back if i need collision repair in the future.

I was very annoyed my car kept getting delayed as it took them 5 weeks to repair my car, even though they told me it should only be a week or 2 (covid supply chain delays) The owner(s) of Euro are lucky they have such a great staff who seem genuine and are, for the most part, very good at follow up. And the repairs turned out nicely.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I was quite displeased with the service I received. First, I was given an initial estimate of nearly $1500.00. I pointed out all the damaged areas. He looked over them with me & said that the scratches & dents would be taken care of. I was told that a new bumper would cost $800.00 alone. So I decided to allow my insurance to handle it. I was advised that the shop had to order the bumper & that once it was there, I would receive a call. Well, after several days, & on a Friday, I just happen to call to inquire as to if the bumper had arrived. (I have other out-of-town business to attend to & was waiting to get the car situated in the shop before I left town.). My car technician told me that the bumper had, in fact, arrived. That should have been the first warning sign. The bumper was there, yet I received no call. ...& it was toward the end of the day on Friday. We scheduled my car for repair on the following Monday. This meant that I’d have to wait at least 3 more days to leave town.Well, I took it in the following Monday & dropped it off. I pointed out all the damaged areas of the car & the tech assured me they would be taken care of. Upon looking closer at my estimate, I saw that there was no mention of the dents & scratches the vandal had done to my car. When I asked the tech about it, his response was that the scratches & sharp holes appeared to be unrelated to the collision & that he was going to complimentary buff out the scratches & apply touch up paint. Well, this is not what I wanted. I wanted the deep holes to be repaired & repainted. I said, “fine, at least you can be working on the bumper.” The bumper had a completion date for Wednesday.I returned home & immediately called State Farm. They emailed me a copy of the claim & I noted that there was a $500.00 difference in the pinitial estimate & the one I received from State Farm. The estimate from State Farm was only $955.00. This was still another problem. Since I wanted the holes & scratches repaired, I decided to take out another claim so that my car could properly be repaired.I called & let the technician know that I was making a second claim & assigning it to that shop, since I had not yet heard from him.On Wednesday, I called to see how the repair was going & the tech said he was still waiting for the bumper. I said, “I thought the bumper had come on Friday.” He said something about my insurance not covering a new bumper & having to instead get a reconditioned one. Well, I had still another problem with this! If things had changed, I think I could have at least been afforded the courtesy of a phone call. Even better, this should have been worked out before I was told to bring my car in.Out of frustration, & since they had not yet received the bumper, I called to let them know I would be picking my car up. This was too much of a run around! Although the technician told me he would be in contact with me, it was always me who initiated any contact. There was a clear lack of communication. On more than one occasion, I had been given misinformation. This is terribly unprofessional.Don’t get me wrong, the techno had a very pleasant disposition. He was always rather kind & respectful. It’s just that I was not impressed by his handling of the car repair. I highly urge the repair shop to properly train their technicians to be a little more reliable.I have since taken my car to another shop. It’s like night & day. They are keeping me posted & working diligently to have my car completed in less than a week. ...& now comfortably out of town awaiting my car’s repair.Good ending.

Every step of the way @ Euro Collision was what I would want at a body shop. They are definitely on top of their game. Honestly - I moved to the city a couple of years ago - they will be the place I use for anything car related. Even my dad was raving about the shop (so clean!) and appreciated the great communication. They made the process so easy for me and I felt confident leaving my car in their hands.

The team was great and everything went well. The only suggestion I have is that, in the case of Teslas they should over estimate possible parts needed and allow the customer to decide whether the customer would take the risk of the re-stock fee. Given the Teslas delay in parts deliveries this would make customers happier and the process quicker.

Brought my 2016 Ford Explorer in as I had a lot of hail damage all over my vechiles from a storm in SD. Filed a claim with State Farm and brought it in for an estimate then repair. They kept me well informed and everyone was very professional!My car looks great and I was happy about the whole process from start to finish!

Just like others my insurance recommended this place in order to fix bullet holes in my car. I live in Wicker Park and was shocked to come out to my car and see that the roof had been shot into. Obviously a great reason to relocate!I scheduled an appointment to drop my car off on September 19. As the initial assessment was being done I inquired if the car would be fixed by the 30th of September as I would be moving out of town. I was told that would be cutting it extremely close but that they could try. Fine, I understand I just wanted my car fixed correctly.I received a call a week later on September 27 from my insurance adjuster telling me that my car was ready for pick up and that I could pick it up the following day. Great news...right? The following morning I called the shop and confirmed that my car was ready. I was told it was being detailed and would be ready at 3:00 pm. I then received a call from the shop at 2:15pm, the manager Alex left a voicemail reiterating that my car was ready. I called him back to let him know I planned to pick it up at 5pm. As we were hanging up he starts with I dont want you to be surprised so while we were wielding your roof on some sparks flew off and burned your back seat but dont worry we will fix it and pay for the seat covering. At this point I am livid why would no one mention this before? Even worse he seemed to think I would accept my car back in this condition.To date I have received three promise dates of my car being fixed which has not happened. My most recent call from Alex on Wednesday October 3 informed me he had found a solution and that my car would be ready the following afternoon. I have made three calls to the shop since to confirm prior to picking it up and Alex cannot be reached! Further, Chris claims to have no knowledge of any progress being made on the car for me to pick it up on Thursday. Complete lies! I am still in a rental at this point!! I plan on getting my car fixed somewhere else and giving them a bill as well as notifying my insurance. This place has proved to have shoddy workmanship and horrible customer service. Stay away!***UpdateUpon picking up my car the seat that they burned during the repair was fixed as was the damage to the roof. However, my windshield wipers were installed incorrectly which caused me to make a second trip to the shop to get them fixed. The back panels inside the car were installed improperly and I had to snap them in. The wire for my remote start was left thrown over my dash board which once I mentioned to Alex was promptly fixed.While I understand that mistakes happen the amount of mistakes on my car are beyond belief.

I picked this shop because Geico recommended it, and they had high reviews on google. The service was amazing. They matched my paint perfectly, and the repairs were done on time. A huge bonus, they also have Enterprise car rentals on sight. Hopefully I wont need more body repairs, but will go back here if I do.

Euro did some cosmetic repairs on an old car of mine a year ago and I was so pleased with the results. Flash forward a year later, I happened to be driving by them and thought to myself, “I need to make sure that I recommend them to people because they were great!” Two days later I got into fender bender on the local expressway. Between my insurance, Euro, and the guys at Enterprise (which was onsite — what a perk!), everything went so smoothly. I can’t thank you guys enough! Also, my car was done earlier than expected both times I’ve worked with Euro AND they detailed/washed my car so well that everyone thinks that I got a new one! Keep on rocking guys! Euro Collison has excellent service and pricing. They keep me in the loop with the estimates and track repairs. Alex and Eduardo stand by their service and most recently, both were able to help me fix my car fender with a complimentary missing screw for my Lexus 300h.

I brought my Honda Civic here to get the bumper fixed/replaced. The guys did an outstanding job and it looked brand new when finished. I did have a minor issue with it 6 months later, but just walked in and they took it back into the shop no questions asked and fixed it on the spot. I couldnt recommend this place enough. I was especially surprised with how well I was treated seeing as I was bringing them a Honda Civic while their lot is covered in very nice European cars.

Its been a rough year for my car - three separate mishaps- but the silver lining is that I was treated to top notch service from Euro Collision of Lincoln Park, in particular from my estimator, Arsal. After a hit and run, I took my 14 Corvette Stingray to Euro Collision since they were a trusted vendor on the State Farm list. It was very easy to make an appointment with their friendly and well organized staff. Upon arriving, I couldnt help notice how pristine and stylish the shop and waiting area were. Looks like they are ready to service high-end vehicles (and they are!).I was greeted right away, and Arsal came out and looked over the vehicle with me. He was very professional and friendly, and took the time to explain how it would be fixed and gave me an estimate and repair timing later the same morning. They gave regular text updates of the repair and when I could pick it up. When I picked my baby up, she looked brand new and showed no signs of it ever been damaged. Again, Arsal took time to explain what was fixed and got me on my way. I even, accidentally dropped a pair of my Ray Ban sunglasses in the car, and they were neatly left on seat as you would expect from they honest shop they are!Needless to say,this is my shop now and I recommend Euro Collision of Lincoln Park to everyone!!!

I dont write reviews, but this place is very disrespectful! l used go to Guy and Sons and happy there, but they closed their business and this place bought guy and sons old phone#. When I 1st walked in the receptionist was friendly, the waiting area has very strong paint odor. she called estimator for estimate paint job for small one piece rear side panel. The estimator told me to to wait for quick quote which I expect to take 5 mins as at Guys and Sons. But this place takes forever. So after 15 or 20 mins, I ask the receptionist can she check with the estimator that why take so long for quick quotes, she got offended and told me it takes avg 20 mins. I wasnt happy with her attitude, but decide to wait since I m here. I waited another 5 mins, but cant stand this paint odor any more so I ask receptionist if quote not ready Im leave. She just give me this look, so I left without a quote. So, if you used to service and guys and Sons, keep looking because this place is not it.

I understand how some clients might find the clean surroundings, the free coffee, and other frivolous factors as pluses.I like to think of businesses purely from commercial point of view:- did they deliver what they promised, in the time promised, in the manner promised, for the cost they promised?- was the entirely interaction pain-free?Along those two simple dimensions, my experience with Euro Collision was absolutely terrible. Given their willingness to meet me half-way, I am giving them 3 stars, for whatever it is worth it.25% of the issue can be traced to GEICO, which is a terrible insurer if you are looking for something other than value. GEICO has a little nest egg in this outfit, Euro Collision, and they, GEICO, shill forEurocollision. Certainly, when they tell you to get independent estimates from at least two unaffiliated repairs shops, they are not kidding. Otherwise, you end up with lousy parts and substandard service.I took my car to GEICO for damage assessment. That GEICO office is located at the premises in Eurocollision.GEICO did an estimate, and gave me a check. Given the damage, the numbers looked small, but I did not care. I was simply liable for my collision deductible, so any increases above the original estimate were GEICOs liability. GEICO agent kept insisting that I should bring the car back to Eurocolllision for repairs.After the GEICO appointment, I asked Eurocollision to inspect the car, and book and appointment. Supposedly, they inspected the car, and they estimated that they need the car for 72 hours. I tried to book an appointment, but we could not find a mutually convenient time.Later, I called back Eurocollision, and we found a mutually convenient time. They told me to drop the car off on Wed morning, and pick up on Monday night. For those counting, thats 6 days, but since Saturday is a half a day, it does not fit in the 72 hours. FTI: from Wed 8 am to Saturday 8 am is 72 hours, but whatever.I also fill out their form that states that I will get text message updates as the repair progresses.They leave me a voice message on Wed night, which is completely inaudible. I call them on Thursday 2 or 3 times (morning, afternoon, evening), and they cant get hold of the mechanic who is in charge of the repairs. Even though they close at 6:00 pm, when I call at 5:45 pm, it is too late for them.Friday morning I finally get a hold of them. They tell me that due to some complications, they can not finish until Tuesday. I simply tell them it is unacceptable. They tell me they can get me a free rental car. I tell them I dont need a free rental car, I simply need my car back.Anyway, we go back and forth, and turns out that neither them nor GEICO really did a proper damage assessment, and they needed a door. So they have called a lot of places to get a door. I ask them: why not call the Dealer for an original, OEM, brand new door, as they would deliver right away. They tell me: we need to get a used door. I ask them why. They are like: GEICO would only pay for a used door. I ask them: did it cross your mind that I would pay for the difference. They dont give any responses.Anyway, at this point it is quite ugly. I ask them: can you at least finish the car by Monday. They wont commit. So I simply told them to pack up the car, I will pick it up, so when the darn door is in, they can call me back. They refuse to do it.BTW, silly text message system magically starts working.After a lot of back-and-forth, finally, and thankfully, they agree to deliver the car, repaired on Monday.But wait, its not over yet. I arrive to pick up the car and pay, I did some rough calculation, and I tell them that they have UNDER-CHARGED me. They insist that they have not undercharged me. Anyway, I leave.Next morning, I get a call from the panicked cashier who is telling me that I have UNDERPAID. Anyway, I pay them the remainder, hoping to never ever to see their faces again.

I strongly recommend that you not use either this Euro Collision location or any other in their network. I have gone to them several times for work on my vehicle because they are recommended by my insurance. Each time, something was done incorrectly and I needed to bring the car back for further work.Most recently, I brought in the car after an accident to the Kingsbury location. The outside of the vehicle was repaired but no investigation was done whatsoever into status of the engine. When I heard an ongoing rattle in the engine after picking the vehicle up, Eurocollision attempted to blame the noise on the fact I had received an oil change. Over a month long period, they failed to return my calls and were exceedingly rude on the phone. Particularly, I dealt with a service tech named Akhil who regularly promised that the situation would be dealt with, failed to return calls, and was extremely unprofessional by phone.I would urge you not to use this shop for anything.
