I called River North Collision Repair on a Saturday afternoon after getting rear ended. They were able to see me right away for an estimate. The rear door on my SUV was dented, and the friendly and professional staff at this auto shop quickly scheduled me for repair the following Tuesday morning. They were able to completely remove the dent without replacing the door, for a very reasonable price. Throughout the entire process, I was impressed with the efficiency, professionalism, and excellent quality of work. Ill be recommending this shop to everyone I know. (Of note, this is also during the COVID-19 pandemic and all staff were wearing masks)

I cant recommend this place enough! I went to 4 different collision shops but settled on RNCR because I just felt the most comfortable with the employees there. Mike responded to my inquiry almost immediately and made me feel at ease. Bill made what I thought was going to be a very stressful experience pleasant and completely stress-free. He arranged my rental car for me through my insurance, drove me to Enterprise to get the rental car, and picked me up from there when my car was ready! I know next to nothing about cars and car insurance and needing repairs, but I felt completely comfortable here. Besides all the wonderful customer service, my car now looks brand new and is the cleanest it has ever been.

Could not be happier with the service at River North Collision Repair. I took my car to several different body shops and Able was the only one who was able to immediately tell me what the issues were (identifying a few that others missed) and gave me an estimate that was $3k less than another body shop with the final cost matching the estimate. They also had my car back to me more quickly than anticipated.

I was in an accident and went to the shop to ask if they could do the repairs, Abel immediately looked at my car and took down all of my information. They did all the repairs in exactly the estimated time and my car looks great! Abel was very accommodating, communicative, and easy to work with.

Very happy with my decision to use River North Collision Repair. Someone backed into my Mercedes SUV in a grocery store parking lot. River North completed the body work quickly and I had the vehicle back as scheduled. The quality of the work was very high. No sign that any damage had ever occurred. The new paint blended perfectly. The value was excellent. The cost estimate from River North was $400 less than a competitior (a preferred provider in auto insurance companys network) and River North had a 5 day better turn-around!

When I tell you this place is by far the BEST!!!! I was like 5 stars by almost 50 people, no way its going to be that good. Well I was certainly surprised! They fixed scratches on one of my doors and washed my car inside and out without me even asking! Quote was very quick over the phone, they had the car finished in about a day and a half. I HIGHLY recommend this place for minor car repairs and hand car washes.

A few months ago, I was seriously rear ended on the highway. I found this shop via Google and decided to give them a try after all of the great reviews. I cant stress enough how awesome the guys at this shop are! The other guys insurance was absolutely awful and difficult to work with, but Mike always kept me updated about what was going on. Once we got my insurance involved, everything moved very quickly and they did an awesome job repairing the car! They even did a fantastic job cleaning it before I picked it up! Overall I had a very good experience. I was able to get my car in the day after I called. Mike and Abel who I spoke most with were always calm, accommodating, and reassuring. There were a few snafus throughout the whole process, mostly the fault of my insurance company and myself. Again Mike was reassuring through the process and I felt comfortable leaving my car there. It took a little longer than I expected (I had to have the windshield replaced and dent on the side fixed) but again I think they were waiting on the insurance company. Most important my car looks like nothing ever happened. They also refilled my washer fluid and washed my car for free. I would highly recommend.

After a car accident on a Sunday, there wasnt a lot of options to take my car but was fortunate enough to get into this garage. These guys are really a professional and responsible shop. These guys are awesome! I had a small dent plus scratched rims that one shop wanted to charge me thousands of dollars to repair. I called River North Collision Repair for a quote and it was a fraction of what the other place wanted to charge me. I was able to bring it in immediately and the repair was complete within 2 hours, plus they washed the car! I will definitely be back.

From start to finish my experience at River North Collision Repair was excellent. I was a bit anxious about submitting a claim through my insurance because I had never done so before, but the owner Mike was extremely helpful and reassured me throughout the entire process. Every time I called with a question, I got a phone call back from Mike himself within 5 minutes. Even when my insurance company dragged their feet in getting an inspector out, Mike was there to answer my questions and help. The work was excellent. This is the best repair facility I have ever worked with. Mike is extremely polite and professional, and he responds to calls and emails immediately. I have used them several times. Sometimes for small cosmetic repairs, and other times because of substantial damage. They are always a fair price. They always complete the work faster than expected. I was extremely happy with my repair service with River North Collision. I drop my car off with them on Tuesday morning to have my front bumper repainted. I contacted them off the ratings, and I was a little concerned as one of the reviews talked about it being a car wash. But took a chance and I have no complaints. Mike was very responsive and professional, loved the follow up calls as I was making my decision. Their quote was over 1,000 less but the work was great. I had taken my car to numerous locations who wanted to charge an insane amount of money for repairs to my Mercedes, including a referral from the Mercedes dealership to a location they recommended or in other words gets a cut..... Mind you, all of these places will try to talk and talk and explain why their work will be so costly, but dont guarantee their work??? Mike was very courteous took his time to stand out in the cold with me make sure we double checked everything that needed to be done as far as the repairs. He gave me the total cost of the work which was very fair shook my hand and said that he GUARANTEES the work for as long as I own the car... Took our MDX in there on a Friday morning for for an estimate for body repair; was so impressed with the customer service and cleanliness of the shop that I decided to leave the car right then and there for repairs. Got the car back on Wednesday and couldn’t be happier. The two damaged rear quarter panels and bumper were brought back to like-new condition, and the car was detailed inside and out. While I was there I had the front windows tinted. They did an excellent job with that as well. Abel and the owner were terrific to work and communicate with. Abel was super friendly and was extremely fair with pricing. The owner personally called me within five minutes of submitting an online appointment request and kept in touch with me over text while the car was being repaired. I will definitely go back there for service and carwashes.

My car had been side swept in my parking garage with no information left, which made for a very frustrating situation. Mike from River North Collision was able to provide over the phone professional advice and offer assistance and accommodations in many areas. River North Collision did a great just repairing the entire right body of my car at an affordable rate. I appreciate that they made an unfortunate situation into a positive experience.

I visited this place for its flawless reviews. Went in to get an estimate for bumper damage repair. A guy that seems to be a manager or some sort comes out asking what I need. I show him the damage, and he uses his shoe to point out what should be done. Very unappreciative attitude. He told me to wait in the car while he gets an estimate. I waited for a good 15 min to find out he’s just talking with others and greeting valet people coming in for car wash. Seems overrated for the attitude they have.

Mike and Abel are all about service excellence and customer satisfaction. A worker backed his trailer into my parked car. The fender, bumper, and headlights were badly damaged and there was no way to put the car on the road. Mike knew that I had to leave the city the following day. Although he was sympathetic, it was unrealistic to complete the job in less than half a day. But, what was beyond outstanding was the time taken to acquire the parts and repair the car; as was the workmanship. They even went the extra mile to ensure the entire car, both inside and outside, was cleaned. I want to say a big thank you for helping me at short notice and doing a top-notch job: you have made a bad accident into a good experience.

Not recommended. Our repair took several days longer than estimated although we werent adding on more work. We got an estimate, after which we added a small repair. When things were taking longer than they said they would, we decided against the extra work. The bill had the work and we had to ask several times for the additional cost to be removed since the work wasnt done. When they gave the estimate we were told a complete detail would be done at no cost. Never happened. Never even told us they werent doing it. Felt like we got the run around.

They expedited my car so itd be ready for our road trip, and when they were done it looked better than it did before we (*cough* my wife *cough*) side-swiped the pole! My wife backed into a post on a Tuesday, I called and the owner Mike asked me to forward a photo. He gave me a quote over the phone, I brought car in Weds at 1:00 PM and was told it would be ready Friday afternoon.I didnt really believe that but thought ok will see, Friday I called at 1030 AM and Abel said it would be ready at 1:00, since they had the car I had them detail, wax and buff and Abel gave me a good price on that as well.When I arrived and they brought the car out I was very very impressed, great work, on time and for the price I was given over the phone. Dont let the car wash part of the business scare you off, I hope I dont need their service again but if I do I would go back without reservation.Not often people do what they say they will, when they say they will do it...Great great company!!

Got into a Sunday afternoon bind and lost my bumper. My car wasnt drive-able so I quickly searched for a shop that might be open on a Sunday and luckily these guys were. I called the shop and Mike called me immediately and set-up a tow. He went above and beyond by meeting me at the accident site with one of his team members to make sure everything was taken care of. He got me set-up with an Uber and the rest was in Mikes hands. Mike was highly communicative and responsive during the whole process. Not only did his team do an excellent job on my bumper repair, they also touched up some nicks and scrapes elsewhere on the car along with a full detailed wash. WOW. Highly, highly recommend Mike and his team.

The manager went above and beyond to help me after my car was totaled by a falling tree. He opened the shop after hours so the tow truck could drop it off. Communication every step of the way.
