Adrianna and Ryan were FANTASTIC! They got my vehicle in and out in the time they said and the work looks good as new! I would recommend them to anyone for body work.

Take your business elsewhere. This place is incredibly shady and demonstrates poor business etiquette. Ive had three or four services here for two cars and EVERY time there had been an issue. In hindsight, I guess it was silly of me to think that the last time would be any different but I overlooked the previous issues because this place is near one of my condos. This was the final straw. I scheduled an appointment two weeks out for one of my cars. During those two weeks, I called THREE times to confirm with the employees here that the service would be 100% covered by insurance and that I would have nothing due out of pocket. Each time, the employees stated that they had confirmed multiple times that nothing was due and that they had an email confirming same. Alaina left a voicemail confirming same. On the day of pickup, I received a call from Ryan, the General incompetent Manager, that there was an issue with the insurance and that I would need to pay $500 to get my car back as insurance was not covering the cost of the service 100%. It turns out that they had confirmed details for the wrong car which they conveniently noticed right after my service (after I had asked them to confirm multiple times previously). THEY MADE THE MISTAKE BUT TRIED TO SAY IT WAS THE INSURANCE COMPANYS FAULT. Instead of owning up to the mistake and eating the cost, Ryan demanded I pay for what I was told would be 100% covered THEN SAID HE WOULD NOT GIVE ME MY CAR BACK CITING THAT IT WAS NOT REGISTERED TO ME. I had this car serviced here before so he KNEW that I was, in fact, the registered owner. Ryan Tamblyn was intentionally antagonizing me. He and his team of incompetent staff (specifically Chris and Arianna Hernandez) then proceeded to mock the situation in front of me. Nichole Moseley, the Regional Manager, was just as bad. All very childish and unprofessional.

The employees at this location are very professional. I had some damage to the front end of my car from some road debris and they were able to work with me and my insurance to make the process very smoothly. From the beginning Chris helped me out and kept me updated every few days with the progress of my car along with pictures of the work they were doing which I really appreciated. A lot of places dont give you any updates until the day before they are done. I definitely recommend taking your car here if you need any sort of repairs. Very professional and also get the job done fairly quickly!

The people at Caliber Collision specifically at the Morgan St location are incredibly kind and capable people. While a bit of an unorthodox experience to share, I cannot exaggerate how grateful I am for the kind people who helped me first restart my battery in the dead of Chicago winter and then later offered to help me roll out of my outdoor parking spot when I realized after the fact that I was very much stuck and thought for sure Id have to abandon my car for another day. Thank you so much for being a such a force for good!!

The employees there are very professional and personable. They gave me an overview of the repairs they may make before they even began their formal diagnostic and even noticed some small work I had done car. Then after their formal inspection I was able to sign up for automated messages that inform me if repairs are on schedule. They were awesome about communicating, and to put the cherry on top. They were done the day they said repairs would be finished. Excellent shop, excellent place.

There were scratches and dents on both sides of my car from parking in a garage. These guys did an amazing job on my repairs. They were done faster than originally thought and even delivered the car to me once it was done (I injured myself and couldnt make it there for at least a few more days). Id highly recommend this place!

Watch out for scams. I called them and told them I have a car that was in an accident and have proposal from my insurance company and wanted them to take care of the work. These guys used to be part of ABRA which I had happily worked with in Minnesota for years. But the chicago office seems to be only interested in customers with insurance companies that give them a blank check. If a company questions their proposal or think they are trying to do something that is not needed, or are overcharging for somethjng, then they dont work with you. Their appointment center told me to bring the car for an estimate. But their onsite estimator refused to even give me an estimate. Waste of time. Find someone else to do your work. These guys are not trustworthy. They are not about customer service. They are only interested in serving customers with large insurance companies that pay anything and turn around and jack up your premiums.

HIGHLY disappointed with the LACK of customer service I have received from Ryan at the Morgan Street Chicago location. Had the car repaired there per insurance co. Going on 4 months now and they still have not put last part on my Rover. Came in to have the cracked tailgate light lens put on and it was the wrong part. They have supposedly reordered same part on multiple occasions but to no avail. Ridiculous that I have to repeatedly call them w no response. He will not return my MULTIPLE phone calls like he does not want to be bothered! Going on 5 months now and no solution or repair and moisture is getting into the lens, surely causing me electrical issues down the road. I am contacting their HQ in Texas to see if I can get some help. I am a veteran. I will neither be quiet nor go away. Reaching out to multiple players for help. Sad situation. Horrible customer service-tell your insurance company you want to go to another shop for repair! You have been warned!

Very friendly and customer service was great! They gave me daily updates and completed the work ahead of schedule. Called me when they noticed anything out of the ordinary and overall a good experience. They even cleaned my car mats- they looked as if they were new.The work could use a little more detail - had a windshield replaced and some of the glued items are a little out of place of where they once were. Nothing that bothers me much.

The reviews on this place proved to be accurate. They do good work in a professional manner and truly handle your issues with sincerity. Two mechanics there that I wanted to meet in person, William and Adam, appear to be genuinely good guys. You can sometimes tell when people have ulterior motives or dont give a damn about you and are looking at you as just another payday but the crew here seems to really want to help you out, even those whose names I didnt catch. Great place that I certainly recommend to anyone who needs work done in the area. A small warning though - due to the location, do expect a bit of an increase in what youll have to pay. An oil change here is $50.

I picked up my BMW 528 this morning, 02/17/07, from ABRA Auto Repair. I was very please to the repairs completed on my rear and front bumpers. I was rear-ended several weeks ago and the car had several dents in the rear. Also, I decided to have them repair the small damage from a grocery cart on the front bumper too. The car looks brand new. What a difference!! Ryan, Rudy and the young lady whos name has escaped me are true professionals. The techs know what theyre doing and I appreciated the results. They had my car for four days after a little fender bender. They replaced the wheel and tire, checked the suspension, reshaped the fender and door, and painted everything in a perfect match. I recently took my car to West Loop Auto body. I have used them a number of times in the past years. As always the work was great. Demetrius and Carlos took the time to walk me through the work that would be done to my car. It took a little longer than projected because State Farm wanted to use replacement parts that did not fit and then they had to order OEM parts. The color match on the paint was great. I was in a front end collision and after about two weeks from picking up the car the horn stopped working. Took it back and they replaced the horn bling state farm for the repair - which state farm paid. I will definitely continue to use West Loop Auto Body in the future

Had a headlight restoration performed here -- very reasonably priced for the city of Chicago and they did an excellent job. Customer service was great, and they even washed the car inside and out.

Had work done here about a year ago. No complaints about quality of body work. However beware this place puts more focus into the perception of being customer focused then they actually put into customer focus. They asked me to grade them high BEFORE I even saw my car. They tried to persuade me to give them top ratings because thats what they want to achieve. Meanwhile they where very poor in communication throughout the process of repair. They kept calling my wife when we directed them to contact me. I asked for a detail which they forgot to do so it took an extra day to pick it up and the detail itself was sloppy. Wax left on the car and they made a haphazard effort to wipe it down while i waited. Again they had he nerve to ask me to rate them high! After verbally complaining ing to their paid for customer service survey rep, the manager called and tried to make it better or ensure my satisfaction. Hint... do it right the first time dont pay people to hound me to change my mind about your focus. Just be more focused. Id much rather find a mom and pop shop that lets their work speak for itself than ever return to this big production of perception.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! I decided not to have them repair my vehicle because the communication was so poor and the process of getting an estimate was poor. Bottom line they never completed an estimate, had my car for 3 days, wasted my time and the assistant manager was arguing with my boyfriend. Unprofessional and LAZY. The assistant manager was mad that I decided not to get the repairs done with them. What a joke. If you charge for an estimate and complete it then you would have gotten paid for that. Dont waste your time at this poor establishment. They dont even have the heat on and its 30 degrees in Chicago.

The error was so obvious that the car dealer agreed it was done wrong when I picked up the car.It is that plain to the eye where the new paint is.When I complained, they told me that color matching my car is impossible. Really!?You Have Been Warned!!!

Exceptional Customer Care/Service

Took my car there to get new rims replaced and they did not bolt all the lug nuts on one of the rear tires. I was on the express way when the wheel started clanking and almost fell off. One of the bots ended up breaking off. STAY AWAY!!

Colossal time wasters, zero communication with me or the insurance company (who are also incompetent). Two weeks without a vehicle for a process that took two days. Will never go back.

When I picked up my black car the paint job on the front bumper and the hood had white dust particles on it and they tried to say it was already there but I only had my car for 2 months and when I wash it I go around and clean the glass and the chrome when I get home so I know the particles were not there before.
