This place is slow. Easiest way to put it. One of the staff members just kept chatting it up with the other workers while she had McDonald’s for lunch. I just wanted to buy some balloons but they just kept talking about how they almost called off and how much they want to quit. What should have been a 6 min transaction took 15 min. Even one of the workers said I had been waiting for a while. At least they know as well.

I had the worst experience here the one on 76th and Western the salesperson did not even give me a chance all he did is kept telling me its a possible chance I wont get a car the worst experience in my life.40+ years ago I purchase a car through Car Credit and they was stealing my money and the finance company never got paid so they reposed my car.You would think after I shared this story with him that he would be more compassion and say what can I do lets try I know Car Credit had got a lot of complaints in the past

Inventory levels of key items were beyond disappointing! Shelves on almost each aisle were completely empty. Idk if this is an inventoru shipping issue or what, but I shouldnt have to store hop for basic party supplies. Party City used to be my go-to spot. This isnt the first time Ive had this experience at this location, but I wont waste my time in the future shopping here.

I do understand our sourounding situation, but i was waited around 15 - 20 min just to get checked out. There were 3 employees at 1 time behind the counter tending to balloons or talking while one person was helping the customer in front of me...again, with balloons! Have one checkout for balloons and the other for general business. Just bad service.

The line was super long outside but moved quickly, once inside you have to get in a even longer line to get your costume after you pick the one you want off the wall all to get to the front Finally for them to have NOTHING.. Don’t answer phone calls

Never ever again! I placed an order today for delivery between 1-2pm. By 4:00pm my order still had not arrived even though I got an email at 12 ish saying it was ready and see you soon. I call to check on the order, get no information but told they would call me back to check on the order. About an hour later, my husband calls...they leave him on hold forever. Only to be told they would have to check with the delivery driver and that could take up to an hour. So when were you going to say my order wasnt being delivered today? Never again

All I can say is that this location was dirty and disorganized during my visit today. While picking up my online order (which was incomplete), the staff had a hard time finding my items. They found it among one of the many bags just sitting there all over some table, which may be their online pick up area? Who knows, no signs or anything indicating that.

Very busy and need a better curbside system

I go there to get one thing. The balloon arch maker. Fabulous arch maker. This time I went, I wasnt so happy as the young black girl working there was not very helpful. After asking her for the arch maker. She told me they were out without even helping me to look for it. She was on her phone. I walked down the aisle to try and find it, thinking just maybe there might be one hiding, but I cdnt. I searched on both sides until I reached the end and then spotted another young lady who was eager to help me. She led me straight to the arch maker strips. There were loads of them and I purchased many. I buy them for my corporation and we spend loads of money here. It wd not have taken the 1st young lady 1 min to show me. In future, will go out of my way to find another party city before going back to this one. She really needs to learn Cust service skills. If she doesnt want to be there, find another job.Dissatisfied

Going to Party City was a challenge considering current circumstances, but this location had everyone as socially distant as possible. The cashier that waited on me was very pleasant and professional. She had a cheerful disposition and welcoming demeanor. I found what I needed and the wait time to check out wasnt too long. I will be going back.

This store is horrible. They never updated my order when I clearly called to reschedule. I got to the store and my balloon order couldn’t be found. It took them 40 minutes to just say ok can you pick your balloons again to inflate them. They didn’t have the #6 for two weeks since I placed my order, still didn’t have it at time of pick up, they ended up using a 9 upside down and taped the little flops.The workers have zero ethic and walk around with no sense of customer service. Terrible service.

They do have an excellent inventory but cannot say the same for help. One girl checking out AND taking care of the balloons. Waited in line 15 minutes to get a spool of ribbon. Was going to walk out but figured I waited so long already I might as well wait it out.

People here work SLOW! They like taking their time none the less don’t care about the line.Knowing students graduate from all grades and levels, but only have 2 cashiers open !!! Ridiculously slow I can’t put in other words. Don’t spend money here, you’ll spend most of your time there instead.

I can hear the 2 staff members talking and said just cancel the order we don’t have time to deal with her. Came back to the line and told me to wait for my order confirmation when it will be ready for pick up. Couple minutes later, received an email that my order was canceled. Rude & ignorant staff!! If I can give this store zero stars I would.

Placed an order for curbside pick-up. Never received any confirmation for if the order was ready. Was calling the store and never got an answer. Just went up to the store and my order was just sitting there. Manager claim to look into why I never received an email but I highly doubt that.

I was sooo disappointed. I ordered online. Told order would be ready on two hours. It was not. And online, it said all items that I ordered were in stock. Half of my order was not available. Some of the ladies on staff did not have the best attitude either.

I absolutely love Party City!! No matter the location, all staff members are super nice. They always have positive, upbeat attitudes. Of course the store is always clean.

I placed an order for pick up and they canceled it without telling me, and only told me when I got there. 10 minutes after I left, thats when I got an email about the cancelation. It had said there was no more (Santa hats) in stock, but when I went to go outside the store there were 6 of them on the wall on sale.

Service is good. You can definitely find everything you need for any kind of party. The downside is that some things are pretty expensive you can get them cheaper other places. The giant shiny numbers are $1.99 not inflated but if you order them behind the counter and with helium they are $9.99 each! Also the balloons that are loose under the counter by the cashiers are .30 each not inflated BUT if you go in the aisle where its all by color you can find a bag of 50 balloons for $3.99 they also have a bag of 5,10,15, and 20 with different balloon sizes that are WAY cheaper than the ones under the counter. You just have to look dont go for the very first thing you see.

Very stressfull, ordered for curb side pick up.I got a e-mail saying my order is ready, tho those iteams are not what i ordered. Because of my work hours im not able to call and correct it till the next day, but before that happens i get an e-mail saying i picked up my order at 5am and now im streesed out that i can not call till 11am thats when the store opens to see what the issue is. At 2PM I Ordered 22 pink balloons for delivery from 5PM to 6PM. At 6:15PM, the balloons had not been delivered yet. Called the store and it rang endlessly. Called 6 times and no one picked up till the last time. The worker was rude and did not know where my order went.

Its a nice store. Its very clean and stocked well. The employees are very nice but they didnt carry what I wanted. They did recommend another store to be helpful.

The store stated on website that they had number balloons in stock, in pink. I ordered online . Paid with credit card. The store contacted me, left a message, and stated that they did not in fact have that balloon in their inventory and asked me to call back. I have tried to call back now for 3 hours and no one is answering the phone. I even contacted corporate office who told me “just wait a little while and try back later”. Keep in mind I have to pick up this balloon order tomorrow and this party city location is 45 mins from my house. Terrible customer service.

I found most of the things I was looking for, but the section I was looking for the most was almost empty. It looked like they hadnt restocked that section yet. Another issue was that they only had one cashier and the line was getting long, but the young lady at the register did a good job of moving the line as quickly as she could. Overall I would shop here again.

In and out this store for some reason I find that this place can be a bit pricey.. And sometimes you cant find what you are looking for.. The customer service can be great when you can get some one to help you..I stop at this place when I really have to.. But you can shop online and have your order sent to the store or home.
