I cam to this beauty supply because the Cosmo on 69th and Stoney Island is pretty whack. This place is huge! I was there to purchase a wig, nothing specific just looking till something jumped out at me. The problem I had with this place was that the entire wig section which is the whole back end of the store is not organized. It took me 2 hours to make a decision and that was most likely because the wig I saw on lets say aisle 4 was on aisle 8. There are not very many people working there which was also kinda frustrating. There should be at least 1 person dedicated to that section of the store to help customers. The prices arent that bad (all the wigs have some type of discount). I will go back but now I know what to expect.

Its a big store. They prices are nice. Only thing i think they need is someone to assist the customers. I was in that store for over 30 minutes looking for facial products they saw me steady lookn around and not once asked me did i need help .

A big beauty supply store but its extremely messy. Disorganized and products are everywhere I go here when its an emergency. I dont recommend.

Parking Lot & store entrance very DIRTY, lots of boxes all over the aisles making it DANGEROUSLY difficult to shop. Lots of choices in all products, prices reasonable . Lots of cheap made in China jewelry & clothes.

I was not very happy with the checkout process for this establishment. Very inefficient. However, although prices were a bit overpriced for my taste, the store is well stocked and neat. Associates are ready and willing to help.

I really like this place. Their prices are very satisfying & their customer service is excellent. This store has any and everything you could think of! And they LET ME SHOP comfortably. I change my mind a lot & go back & forth between aisles, but they leave me be. Perfect & right in my neighborhood. I like this place better than the huge beauty supply store in Cal City by the old Target.

Ok, very crowded and they need to close until the roof is fixed. They have buckets everywhere collecting water from the leaky roof. Also kinda expensive.

The place is nice but the owner Manager who ever cheats 😟How can you have the same items marked two different prices? Then she has increased her prices drastically. Only in the Urban Neighborhoods do this happen, is why more people are shopping online or out of the Neighborhood 😡.

Absolutely The worst customer service I have ever had shopping at a beauty supply. They were very rude and there has a woman following me around while I was looking at hair. I was looking for multiple options to purchase and the woman was very aggressive. I was trying on wigs and as I was trying one on she told me I could try on anymore. I had only tried on 3, and I had a hair cap on. She kept following me until I got irritated and left. Definitely won’t be coming back here, I’d rather spend more money somewhere else and get treated better.

Another rip off store taking advantage. I purchase a couple things from the store and they don’t work properly. The lady won’t return my money and then write a hand written sign that says “ no refunds”. She then threatened me with her lawyer for taking a picture of the sign.

This place is on the Southeast side of Chicago and on Stony Island they have a full array of wigs hair hair products costume jewelry you name it makeup eyelashes and a host of other things but while I was at the store I happened to see a customer and the store owner having a discrepancy I dont like how the store owner handled it she argue what the customer and wouldnt even allow the customer to explain thats why I give it 4 stars other than that they have a 50% to 75% sale off of Hair & wigs thats my review

It has a lot of stuff but not what I wanted.

I live right across the street and this has been my go-to since I’ve lived here! A ton of wigs, always in stock for braiding hair, perms, shampoo/conditioners, dryers, straighteners, tracks (I don’t wear them but I see them) trinkets and good deals! However, they don’t sell Nairobi so if u have a short cut and need that brand of wrap foam, it’s not here
