This is the only beauty supply store I shop at. Ive been a customer for years. Theres no ghetto store clerks blasting music when you walk in. Nor are there any security persons that reeks with the smell of marijuana! You can shop in peace without anyone following you around. The aisles are more roomy and comfortable to walk down too.

It wasnt crowded and they have a lot of different things

No good customer service. I called on the phone to see if the had mannequin heads with the hair that comes with it, the man told me yes they do for $19.99 and foam heads for $3.99. As soon as I got there I asked the lady at the register and she looked at me for a couple of seconds and said, um no we don’t have no mannequin heads.

I dont like the MINI wannabe gangster at the register, when entering my husband said hello and MINI didnt respond. Ha, walked out and took my money to Top Beauty Supply down the street. Never going back

I really like coming to this beauty supply store because I can find everything I need here - always! Ive been coming here for a couple of years now and have never had a bad experience. Its a tad bit tight at this store but thats not an issue for me. The customer service is good too. They have workers on the floor who actually are hair stylist to assist with product information and suggestions as well. Im a happy customer and will continue to come to this location for all of my beauty supply needs.

Idk what everyone else is talking about. These people peer over the counter and watch you like a hawk for their plastic wares.

If I could give 0 stars I would I purchased human hait clip ins from this beauty supply. I absolutely hated them they were super thin for $110 dollars. So I take them back to exchange them the next day during business hours for something else the guy that sold them to me tells me that he cant take them back because theyve been opened. How else would I know they were super thin unless I opened them? Now when he sold them to me he knew for sure they were think for all this money. Nowhere on the receipt does it say anything about clips in not being able to be exchanged. I asked to speak to the manager he tells me the manager isnt here he cant reach him. Mind you horrible customer service all together. Now I have to get the City of Chicago and my lawyer involved now. Word of advice do not go to this beauty supply theyre horrible. I even asked him to write my number down he barely wanted to do that all I wanted to do was exchange or get my money back and it was only a 1 day time spand. Im pissed calling the City or Chicago to come out and also my lawyer. How does the worker not have his managers phone number? DO NOT GO TO THIS BEAUTY SUPPLY

A good beauty supply store with a huge variety of beauty products (weave, wigs, hair care products, make-up, etc). I felt the prices were kind of pricey on some things (bought some Frizz-Eaze serum) that was $8 when I could have gone to Wal-Mart or even Walgreens and gotten it cheaper. I would definitely go here again because they have things that I just cant get where I live and the staff are really nice and helpful.
