The Chinese lady rude and disrespectful never returning made a sixty dollar purchase. I was treat horribly I would have spent more but service was horrible in wig section.

Great prices and wide selection of items. I’ve went in and they didn’t have the hair I needed and within a week they ordered and had the product there. Most beauty supply stores won’t do such things. Hair department is very knowledgeable and willing to work with you on pricing. Great that I can buy almost everything I need and play my lottery too. My favorite store!!! :-)

They have a great selection of wigs hair and makeup. The makeup is of EXCELLENT quality. I love this store cus you can find ANYTHING you need as far as beauty products, hair products, and so much more. Jewelry its like a candy store. Very friendly service. its a big Store, so youll have fun while shopping here. Why pay high end prices when you can pay less for quality items.Plenty of FREE PARKING....I love the make up here.

This place is very rude and closes way before their website time. They should fix the times on their site or put up signs on the door of the new hours. It’s not even 7pm and this place is closed. Just as I was getting there they let certain people in and not others. Just all around bad business.

The store was very clean and the people who work there are very helpful. They helped me find everything I needed within a couple minutes.

It’s a pretty cramped space due to all the merchandise they have. There’s a lot to choose from in regards to braiding hair, natural hair products (a bit overpriced compared to Sally’s or Target, but they have unique products like single packs of Mielle Organics leave-in conditioner for $1.99 that neither location has) wigs and even clothing. I was able to find every product I needed and my total purchase amount was justified for the things I bought. The customer service could be a bit better and the layout for the cash wrap area needs to be expanded. There’s no direct place to line up so you have customers just standing in parts of the aisles or standing in the middle of the floor waiting to be rung up. The girl at the counter who checked me out was rude and on her phone while I was asking for things that they had behind the counter. She only looked up from her phone enough to ring me up and that was it. Besides the unprofessionalism, the store is a good store to get your products from. However, I’m sure that there are even better locations so I’m still on the hunt for my preferred/ favorite BSS.
