Rude and unprofessional service at the pharmacy so sad and they always inform me how busy they are. Always at 79th and Racine our neighborhood

Pharmacy Staff is very unprofessional.Update: still very unprofessional. Do not have your medication come to this pharmacy. Theyve been messing my perceptions up for a whole year. Their covid drive thru is a absolute mess. My family and I waited 40-50 minutes after our testing appointment

The store isnt completely open right now but their pharmacy is open.

This Walgreens Store is clean and well organize with stocks and products nice Walgreens Employee highly recommed to the public to shop at this location.

I come to this Walgreens everyday. The store is nice and clean overall and the employees are helpful. The only reason why I only put three stars is because of the ridiculous wait times at the register. The lines be so long sometimes and it’s only ONE or two cashiers when there is clearly three registers and some workers not really doing anything in the aisles. Only this needs to change.

Great place to shop assist Manager Jenitta is nice and always greet me and others when I entered the store. I highly recommend this place to families and friends

I dont like the fact that the pharmacist at this store always take it upon themselves to determine what medicines are best for you despite what your doctor prescribed. They ordain themselves as your caretaker and make decisions without your knownledge or permission. It will be a life of death situation before I go back into that store!!! Bring back standards will you please.

I have been on hold 7 times for 20-30 min for past 2 hours! each time and each time I have been dropped!

The employees treat you with respect.

The employees are nice.when you walk in They always say welcome to walgreens. Then when you leave then some of employees ask did you find everything.They always have what I need or give me a raincheck

Good Morning, years ago this Walgreens did need all sorts of training, and new overseers, but now omg, absolutely Amazing. Theres a manager name Marshauna and she gets 10 thumbs up. Theres another manager, hes an African American, big bald guy, a pleasant teddy bear, a gentle giant I like to call him,I believe his name is willie,I could be wrong but its only one of him😊. From the managers, team members, sale associates, you all rock. Its just one young young lady that needs a attitude adjustment at times. I live in this store,its hard to leave at times. One more thing,why does the pharmacy open so late? Why not open with the store hours? Also the pharmacy here needs help, they could be a very slow,they move at they own pace, I had to make 2 complaints on 2 pharmacy workers,and they are not very friendly. If I ever need to ask a question I just dont. Anyhow, Great job Marshauna, oh and Darneisha,is AMAZING and knowledgeable as well . I cant believe that I almost forget her.❤❤❤.

Good Walgreens but bad pharmacy 30 minutes waiting to be tell the pharmacy has put back the medicine then its a 2 hours waiting period for the pharmacy to fill the medicines. Never got a text or call from the pharmacy telling me that its ready

It took a month for them to order the medication I needed then they lost the prescription! How unprofessional and careless! I have never had this happen at any pharmacy before!

Before coming here I check the reviews ... in the next walgreen that Ill check this before and I avoid the bad attitude of the workers. I feel discriminated as if I were begging them to sell me something. I never go back to this branch. Especially to Seryoia .. pessimistic service. He opened a box to serve reluctantly. She tells us to go to the cashier and when she arrived, she cared for people of her race when I had arrived first and I had an item and the other woman had more things and she started to discuss the payment. The supervisor should be on the lookout for the workers
