This a small beauty supply but clean and they had what I was looking for. I had a good customer service experience and was checked out quickly. They also have a rewards program. I will visit again to see if there is consistency. UPDATE: Made a second trip and the gentleman that has been at checkout was consistently professional, friendly, helpful and welcoming 👏. This will be my new place.

This store is dirty, unkempt, and laughable. This is the kind of place that doesn’t treat people with dignity. Go down the street. At least whoever runs that business at minimum cares about cleanliness and presentation.They actually had the nerve to have someone follow me around those dingy holes in the carpet.

Well these peoples moved from Trubull and Chicago Avenue down to Central. Ive been in there once since the move but as usual great service the guys that are standing around greets you, ask if you need help. I was told that the hair at least one brand that I purchased elsewhere, here it cost less. So I will be going there to save money even if it is a couple of bucks.
