Nice hair, wigs, baseball caps and hair needs for clippers and guards. For ex. White / red leather Chicago cap $8...with decent stitching and a soft feel.

For the most part, they have what I come for. Excellent customer service. Asian owner, dont say much, but seeks to provide you what you need. Always have a colored young woman running cash register and other things as needed.

I was in Chicago two years ago for my brothers wedding and I was truly amazed at the size of the store and the quality of products they offered. I found a lot of good stuff for not an expensive cost. The customer service was pretty good but they do need more available staff. I wish NY had a store of this magnitude. I was like a kid in the candy store. I enjoyed myself and the products I purchased are still functional. 👌🏾

Very good workers. Never had a problem with customer service been going there since I was a teenager in high school if not earlier. The girls there are very respectable but the prices are kind of high considering Beauty Supply hair is not a thing anymore. But I love the good quality customer service so I still come a little distance just to shop there.
