This store has everything. It is a bit crowded, but thats because they have all the products you need.The prices are amazing and the staff... although they never did approach to see if I needed help, when I approached them,, they were very helpful and FUNNY.I live in Oregon and I can tell you I will be coming back to this store every time Im in Chicago.

Product is very cheap and she wouldnt give me a refund and try to get me a store credit like Im a female or something. I went in there for a drink cap and I end up buying all of them and the product was in no good and they were cheap so I asked for a refund and she wouldnt give it back. She offered me to store credit

Too packed, not comfortable walking, viewing space. Reminds me of my Moms closet. Customer service excellent. Ill go back because of the relationship between the employees and employer. Pleasant experience and I love the hair/products I purchase.

Great place for women to purchase cosmetics, hair products, toiletries, underwear, etc.This place has so much product packed inside, its almost overwhelming.I happened to be in need of some black Mens socks and got two packs of 3, along with a beautiful knit winter hat for my son, for around $8-9.Good quality at a great price!

They have ample supply of wigs and weaves. Allot of variety. What I loved loved loved was that if youre purchasing a wig and you want it cut they will cut it for you! And she knows what shes doing! Ive been visiting this beauty supply store for about the last 15 years last 8 or 9 have been consistent. They stay well stocked and are pretty helpful. They seem to be very popular with wigs and crochet hair....huge selection. Good for quick weave hair and braid hair as well. Make up is ok their pedicure manicure selection is well stocked too. Wide range of lashes individuals and strips. So basically they are worth a visit. Lol

Some of these beauty supply businesses are going down, not putting enough or the good stuff on the shelf!!! OH, ILL ORDER IT...and then it still dont get there until a few months later, whats the point. You keep coming in but still buying just not what your actually looking for, thats how they make their money knowing your not gonna go far

I worked at this beauty supply store for couple months few years ago, and i can understand the customers frustrations due to the employees following them. Unfortunately, thats what the owners were telling us to do. They would think we were not doing our job if we stood around and waited for the customers to approach us when they had questions. It was extremely stressful to work here as a result. I always thought they should hire a security guard instead.I would say most of the product here is OK but i would stay away from the hair like zury and beverly johnson since they are old.Its been a while since Ive been here, so who knows. Maybe some things are different now.

This place is convenient for me its in the neighborhood.

They were having a huge sales on almost all the 100% human & remi hair. And they were quick to recommend and find the hair that was right for me.

Racist and rude. They follow you around and generally talk to you like you are crazy and they dont need your business. The extremely rude cashier forgot to put some of my items in the bag so I contacted them and was met with nothing but mess, lies and accusations. This is what I get for looking pass the treatment of others during my past visits. Never again!

I always refer my clients to this store because of their prices. However, the few times Ive been there, myself, the service sucked. They follow you around, and have bad attitudes. Not good for business.

I like that they open early as 9:30am on Sundays...the others on this strip open around 11am
