After being denied service at another bike shop for a simple bottom bracket replacement, WOT fixed my old y-frame mountain bike with no problem. I told the owner how my BB was behaving and he immediately knew all I needed was a rebuild. So, he saved me a few bucks, on top of not having me feel bad for bringing in an old bike to bring back to life for friends to use. The mechanic also measured my chain to make sure it wasnt stretched out and needed replacing; it didnt although the chain is almost 10 years old. BTW, WOT has awesome single-speed bikes with amazing color schemes; and the prices are right!!! I will post pics of the budget build bike soon.

Looked up this place online, I called them up and stopped by. Theyre open on Sunday so thats a plus. Great customer service had my bike ready in like 10 minutes. Angel was the guys name really recommend this place

THIS PLACE WOULD GET A ZERO STAR RATING IF IT WAS POSSIBLE!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP!!! This shop is over priced and owner is rude and not professional to customers. My son went here to support local business but had a very bad experience. The owner at this shop did not change all parts from one bike to another that was asked to do. Also when my son went the next day to pick up his bike it was not ready even though it was left there early the day before. when returned to ask owner if can change the piece he didn’t change the owner was rude and said to my 16 year old son if he would have said it nicer then maybe he would have swapped the piece and was also charging again when he did an INCOMPLETE JOB THE FIRST TIME! On top of all this the owner was NOT WEARING A MASK!!! WE ARE STILL IN A PANDEMIC!! WHAT HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT!! BAD BUSINESS HERE! Never going there Again!!!

The person who answered my phone call was very rude and actually hung up the phone on me. He questioned why would I buy a tool to fix my own bike when their bike shop can fix it for me and thats when he hung up the phone on me.

Guy changed ONE line, and called it a tune up for $80. Had to go to Blue City Cycles to get my gears working properly, and they only charged me $20. Ill never come here

I got charged $10 to put air on my bike tiresGuy trying to tell me he need to remove the bike wheel to fix the valve. I will never go there again and definitely not recommend it.

Terrible Shop!!!!! Went in to get a replacement inner tube as I wanted to support the local shop vs order online. Upon arriving at home I noticed that there was a tear in the tube and that it was clearly a used tube that had been re-boxed. When I returned minutes later I tried to explain what was going in and was rudely interrupted and talked over by the owner. Very rude & super unprofessional experience.Wish I could leave less than a 1-star rating as this pathetic excuse of a shop doesnt even deserve the 1 star. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!! I highly recommend not giving them your business!Go to Irvs Shop down the street (18th & Racine). Super friendly & reliable. Great service & Prices

Best and most affordable bike shop in Pilsen. I just had them do a tune up on my bike. They did a great job, I recommend going there if your in the area and need any work done.

I am extremely upset that having brought in my bikes (2X) for flat tire repair they DO NOT GUARANTEE their work! I just came back to have them relook at the tire repaired which has lost air and the gears “slipping” on the second bike and the shop simply stated they don’t guarantee their work and it was not their problem.It’s a shame that a local business would fail me so miserably.

Will sell you used, faulty product theyre trying to pass off as new. Owner is a completely rude and unethical.

First the guy lost the only key I had for my bike lock. I left it with him to see if he would be able to get it open. But he couldnt and lost my key on top of that. Then tried to charge me $30 to cut off the lock.. Went to irvs and they only charged me $5...

I have been here a few times and they have always done a good job of helping me with my road bike. Recently, they did a basic tune up for a triathlon and I was pleased with how affordable and quickly the service was done. When I rode my bike in the race I was very pleased because it had never been so smooth! It was like new! I highly recommend this place and will continue to go here for all my bike needs.

Great shop with very friendly owner. I lost my debit card there and got it back, no problem. There are turtles in an aquarium so Id say it is also very kid friendly if got some with you. The owner is very competent and knows everything about bicycles. Best recommendations!

Went in to Wheel of Time to have an inner tube replaced. The process had to be repeated three times because each inner tube the employee chose already had holes in it. Finally, after finding a non-damaged tube, the repair came out to $20, almost double what they charge at Irv’s.I would be very wary of their prices and quality of parts. Some better bike shops not too far away are Irv’s, Blue City Cycles, and Kozy’s.

Went there on Wednesday afternoon to get my bike fixed. Very good service. Fast and friendly. Even tuned up a few glitches and put air in my tire! Im happy this shop is two blocks from my job! Its too bad i was out of Cash, otherwise i would have left a tip. Next time! Cause im definitely going back. Thank you!
