Jonathan and Patrick showed outstanding customer service and ability to take on my boat -not a yacht (: and get it scheduled and fixed correctly. I have tried many marine repair shops and none treat you and service you as professionally as CYW.

I took their class and a year later came back for a private lesson. Scott was a great help. If you work with him, his instructions are very easy and make a lot of sense. Once you process it, you only need to practice and confidence will come along. Higly recommended especially for new boaters!

I would give you a 4.9. The yard layout was very organized, allowing easy access to the boat. Your office provided frequent email updates. Nice service.Only room for improvement, I was unaware of the drop in procedures (as a new boat owner) I thought I had to be present during drop in to ensure no leaks, to pull the back-stay have bumpers out etc.so I was not a prepared as I wanted to be.

Appreciate your service departments prompt attention to concerns. I was extra pleased with launching Blackjack.The detailing on the boat was perfect and the commissioning was very good. And staff is exceptional to work with. Very friendly and accommodating.

Service and facilities keep improving with the changes in administration. The office staff are customer oriented and very helpful. I have stored my sailboat at this yard since 1982 and I have never been as pleased as I am now. Thank you.

Its a tightly run ship, from the young ladies in the accounts receivable office to there service department as well as the sales team. Also lets not forget about the men in the yard. Such a fantastic job. You guys make it such a pleasure and dream come true. Great Job To All.

Used for short-term RV storage only. Summer only (when boats are in the water, not in their sheds). The staff are very accommodating...hours are good, can make minor repairs under cover.

Wasnt too happy with the service here. They were friendly but gave kindof a bad vibe. Told us that it would be a couple weeks before they could even look at our boat for a simple repair...and then after we waited that time, they called and wanted to charge us $200 just to diagnose the issue to give us a repair estimate! Instead, we picked up the boat and found someone else to do it cheaper and who didnt charge for an estimate. They also wanted us to pay $175 more just to put the boat back in the water when they were done. We wont go back.

The service has been great. I can always call and hear a friendly voice and discuss service or invoicing. The service work they have had done is top notch and reasonably priced. Thank you.

Great people, very friendly and knowledgeable. Easy in and easy out. You can work on your boat whenever you like. They even have popcorn.

I was very pleased with the Launching of my boat Blackjack.The detailing on the boat was perfect. The commissioning was very good.

The new ownership has made it even better. I had them do a complete detail while in storage and couldnt have asked for a better job. It looked like a new boat when we picked it up for the start of the season. I had them do some mechanical work while it was stored for the winter and couldnt tell they were even on the boat, other than the new parts that were installed on the engines. Nothing is cheap when it comes to boats but I find them to be fair with their prices and advice.

Outstanding powerboat training services! We have used the powerboat training from Scott Souders & Chicago Yacht Works and have been very pleased with their services. We received good training from our boat dealer, took the 8-hour US Coast Guard Auxiliary class, and hired a captain for additional training (20 hours – docking, etc.), but we now wanted more training on various topics:1. Coastal Cruising & Night Navigation, Docking, Anchoring2. Marine Radio Operation3. Locks & River Passage4. Play Pen Anchoring5. Marine Weather6. Marine Electronics – Garmin control, VHF, radar7. General Maintenance – Strainers, seacock, engine & generator info, etc.Based on our schedule, we hired Scott to work with us on our boat, during the week. He did an outstanding job covering all the topics that we needed, and he was able to provide both technical and practical information. He has excellent depth of experience and it was a pleasure to work with him; very professional.

The service staff responded promptly and helped with a low-cost solution that got us on our way.
