Really great individuals. Went out of their way to help me find the right parts for my propeller.

Bought a propeller there after I found a good sized rock in the river.I explained what I was dealing with, with not accelerating well, excessive fuel usage and performance was a joke.My original request of buying a propeller that was allergic rocks was a stretch, but I tried.........After giving all the details to Kris on the phone she said she thinks she has a propeller that would work much better that the present dia and pitch I had.The people there are very helpful and knowledgeable, they take the time to make sure things are right. They could have just sold the same prop and I would have the same results, BUT they didnt, they helped with trying to find a solution.I bought the propeller and I knew it would be a couple days before I can get it in the water. They told me if it doesnt work out to bring it back and well try another if need be.This customer service is something from the days of when people cared, its good to have experienced this as a reminder of how a real shop use to be.I will be sharing this shop to anybody that is thinking of upgrading of has a prop that likes rocks.

Seems great. Not the type of services I require on a regular basis, so its difficult to know, but I met a couple of satisfied customers while I was there and received fantastic customer service.

They are the best in midwest when it comes to repairing damaged propellers. Amazing folks working there too. You can always count on them!

These people know their stuff when it comes to marine propellers. The workmanship and customer service doesnt get any better. The ONLY place to go when you need your prop fixed/replaced. They have prop scan!!!!

Very knowledgeable people. Took 2 outboard props to them after a shop in WI left me with poor results. Will only use them in the future....highly recommend them.

Dont bring any cleaver props here, youll get dirty looks and attitude. Not sure who is who but the one lady is fantastic the other female employees is aweful to deal with.
