Pulled up, guy comes out and asks what up? I tell him sounds like something is metal to metal. He says brakes look good ( never put it on rack or got underneath) take it back to whoever worked on it. I said said why would I do that? He said I cant help you and walked back in.

Affordable and they do great work, love this place.

I went there to get a flex pipe fixed on my exaust. All they had to do was cut the pipe and put a new pipe on . The piece they had to replace was not even 18 inches long I would say the parts were 30 bucks if that. And it took the guy about 20 min to fix. That charged me 140. Yeah I got a year warranty. But how much is the hourly rate for a mechanic. It could be 110dollars per hour but he was under there less then half an hour. Bill should have been maybe 100. For the quick service. But never 140. Get estimates before getting your work done.

Do not go to this place,mechanics are very rude!!!!Went in for a simple brake job and was quoted 700 lol 😂 Only needed brake pads but they insisted I needed brake pads and rotors as well.All they do is is try to sell you things you dont need.

Amazing service! I had to pass my emissions test and needed work done ASAP since I waited so long. I was able to drop off my car before work and even got a courtesy ride to work since I wasnt too far. Came back at lunch to pick my car up and passed my emissions test next day no problem. Price was amazing, same issue was costing my more than twice at the dealership. Took home some free air freshers too :) Thank you guys

Fast, efficient and reasonable. After calling two other muffler shops, I had the fortune of talking with Victor at Payless. He provided a quick and accurate diagnosis of my cars problem and made the repairs in less time than estimated. Its a week later and Im very happy with my experience.

I have a 2013 BMW F30 and I wasnt quite sure if they would know much about European cars, but they are very knowledgeable. They have great customer service and they took great care of me when it came down to the pricing. I was in and out without a long wait. I really recommend you go here

Was quoted 70 to change brake pads only on the phone. I 30 to 40 minute job. Was quoted $140 when got there. Just saw another comment of them doing the same. Like they said get a quote before work is done. Shady shop in my opinion. ~The purpose of karma is to restore harmony~. Yall gotta pay for trying to beat ppl out of money

I was trying to replace my battery at the auto zone right next to Payless and had a hard time because one of the screws was corroded and striped. The owner/ manager of Payless saw me struggling and asked his mechanic if he could fit me in for a quick fix on a Saturday where mechanic shops like this are extremely busy. They helped me out and saved me a lot of time! Thanks again!

I was here yesterday because there was a violent rattling underneath my car, and I had the guys over at Payless look at where the sound was coming from. After they took a look, the manager called me into the shop area (many repair shops dont allow you to) and showed me exactly where the sound was coming from. Apparently, nothing was broken! It was some heat shield thingy on the exhaust system that was making all that noise. All they did was tighten and screws used some clamp and there was no more sound! Firstly, I really appreciate the fact that they personally showed me what was going on with my car. Secondly, they did not take advantage of me because I am a woman. They could have easily sold me something I really did not need, but they were honest. Lastly, I will be back here anytime I have problems with my car! Thank you guys!

Really good service at reasonable prices. I used to go to Mufflers for Less down the street and Payless Mufflers is a much much better operation. They have a super knowledgeable exhaust guy that finds the problem and fixes it the right way. Hes actually fixed two problems from the work the muffler shop did down the street. Ive been really satisfied with the work and prices.The owner and his son are both really friendly and theres a waiting room with Netflix now! Ive been to Payless multiple times in the past couple years and I highly recommend them for exhaust work. Theyve been able to solve all my exhaust problems.

Came in because my muffler had rusted off my truck, these guys were able to work their magic and put a new muffler on with two hangers in just 20 minutes. Excellent work and customer service!

Brought my vehicle in for a brake and rotors repair. Came back 2 days later to find out that it wont start and to top it off they never mentioned that it wouldntw start. So because knowing theyre at fault they only charge me for the part they fix it then pull me to the side to ask for the labor fee later on. Then I drive off not even a block then it shuts off. I call back then they tell me their is nothing they can do about it. Really bad service. Do not go to this place.

I usually do all the minor work on my car myself. Breaks, Oil changes, filters etc...my wife and I just had a kid and so I try to be there as much as I can with them and dont have time to do minor car work anymore. Emre and his guy offered me a SUPER reasonable price to change my breaks and when I went to pay he said if you check in on Yelp youll also get 10% off. The price was already great and he still gave me an additional 10%. His guy also checked on a few other things that I could have done or need to think about in the future which I appreciated alot. Take your car to get diagnosed anywhere else and theyll charge you for it. He did it while he was changing my rotors and breaks. I trust these guys with my car and it opens up a tremendous amount of time for me to be able to drop my car off with Emre and do the things I would rather be doing with my time. Needless to say I had to come back for an oil change. Oil change would have taken me by myself maybe an hour to do in my garage but I took it to Emre and they finished it within 20 minutes. Im gonna keep coming back and his service has won a customer for life

Went to this place to get a dual exhaust put in my car, the job was done very poorly, very unprofessional people. The job performed was not as described when I first dropped off the car and the only excuse was that miscommunication was the issue. I highly do not recommend this place.

I went there a month ago and they replaced my rear rotors and one caliper. The side with the caliper that they replaced has been making a horrible racket. At first it just made a grinding sound which I assumed would go away after getting broken in after a couple days which it did but now it makes a very horrible knocking sound. I will be taking it back to them Wednesday and I will edit and conclude this review depending on how well they resolve the problem.
